It is all positive and you get a certain amount of points to send to people that you work with. You get to share kind words and fill their buckets. You also fill your own bucket by being kind. Love that they can save their tokens towards actual rewards such as experiences and gift cards! The person receiving the points can redeem the points as with items or gift cards. This software promotes team work, team bonding, and individual excellence.
