It seems like everybody loves it in our team. Pros It is such a great idea to motivate teammates to do their best and recognize each other. It always feels nice when somebody recognizes your work. However, it feels even nicer when you receive extra value of a recognition by being able to collect and redeem your points. The redemption process is so easy and quick. Good job! I had no problems going in to redeem at all, other than trying to decide on a selection. There are tons of options to choose from. Once I found the reward I want, I selected, clicked through a couple things and a couple minutes later an electronic gift card was sent to my email address ready for me to use. Pros The user interface is very simple to use (think of the simplicity of FaceBook) with no hidden links or icons. The functionality of posting, liking, sharing, etc. is quick and easy. I would highlight that it is very easy to use both to give recognition to your teammates and when you want to get rewards for the points your teammates give you. It has allowed me to keep in contact with some team members and I have received positive feedback from some people where I didn't expect it. Pros Each team member provides some sort of positive feedback to other team members. Included in this is that those receiving the feedback are also rewarded with points. I also like that our rewards are immediately available to use or save up for bigger rewards. Pros Bold subject lines which makes the software easy to navigate with clear instructions Cons You can see all/everyone rewards not just by department but this could be a setting issue that I have not set up yet. Pros Because I consider myself technologically challenged, I was surprised at how easy it was to use. Cons I ordered a VISA gift card to be redeemed and used the virtual card rather than the physical card.
