Apart from how great the software is the customer service is on another level itself i have never had a company so professional that when i make a email request about a issue or feature within 5 min i get a call to solve the issue the gentlemen always goes the extra mile to make me happy. The software has changed my whole companies approach to repair business it was needed many many years ago. Massive thank you to the team and what great software you have made.

Pros

How transparent the software is for me as the shop owner and also to my customer it has already made a massive difference to our customers and this is just the start. I have not even looked into the loyalty and marketing feature yet.

Cons

At the start i was very overwhelmed but after a few days i was up and running and it helps when the senior manager is on call and resolves my issue within minutes simply outstanding service

I have been using RepairShopr CRM for few years now, but they never added the functions or features i wanted and needed for my business. So our workflow had to change to match the way RepairShopr is thinking, which of course is not working for everyone. I started looking arround for a new repairs shop CRM and booked a demo with MyGadgetRepairs. They took their time with me and answered all my questions plus giving me new ideas and advice. I told them all the changes i want before i start using MGR and in less then 2 weeks they was finnished adding everything. No doubt the best customer experience i have had! Highly reccommended.

Pros

The software is very good and secure. They have amazing customer service and they are also very willing to add any functions or feature that your repairshop needs. I highly reccommend this software and the company behind it.

Cons

There is no cons. I am a skeptic and i have been looking for something bad with this software. I just can't find it. Everything is so good and perfect.

Pros

An excellent tool to manage operations and workflow at a computer repair or manage service provider business. There are more actions and triggers for automation software than others. The user interface looks overall attractive and simple.

Cons

The evaluation period Is only 14 days, and several features don’t work in the free trial. Some US companies may be burdened by GDPR rules of other countries.

Being a potential alternative to the stale and slowly degrading SaaS we have been using for over 10 years. Huge amount of process and configurations/settings to bring over. MGR appears to support most/all features of other software to run your computer support operation.

You simply just can't get any better than these guys they listen to their customers respond to emails within minutes even if emailed in at like 1 in the morning witch you cannot find anywhere else. I highly recommend my gadget repairs for really any type of business that needs repair tracking and invoice support.

Pros

My gadget repairs is the best software out there for any cell phone or computer repair business hands down. With the easy-to-use interface that is just not even scratching the surface. the point-of-sale system has to be one of the best out there out of any point-of-sale system. The repair ticketing portion of the software can't be matched by anybody it is really that good. But there is even more. I came from repairshopr which had minimal integrations. they have an integration for absolutely everything and anything you need plus more.

Cons

There is none. Absolutely everything from the software experience to the support as flawless.

Pros

Pros

Aucun. Publicité mensongère (ils proposent une démo et vous renvoient sur leurs vidéos youtube...). Traduction du système faites par Google translate, complètement inutilisable

Cons

Je me dois de partager ma regrettable expérience avec cette société. Avant tout, si vous comptez utiliser ce logiciel dans une langue autre que l'Anglais, fuyez ! Je bénéficiais de quelques jours seulement pour remplacer mon logiciel actuel qui arrivait en fin de contrat et cela m'a coût cher.... Pour commencer, je me suis inscrit pour une démo du logiciel d'environ 45mn, comme indiqué sur leur site internet. J'ai reçu un email de confirmation me demandant mes disponibilités pour la démo, auquel j'ai répondu. S'en est suivi plusieurs échanges d'email qui me demandaient d'aller voir leurs vidéos de présentation sur Youtube.. En insistant pour obtenir la démo de 45mn mentionnée sur leur site, on m'a indiqué qu'il existait deux "addons" payants pour "l'onboarding"(200-400.-) ou des sessions de "training"(40.-/h)... J'ai donc commencé à utiliser la version d'essai du logiciel, en Anglais pour essayer de m'y familiariser mais me suis vite aperçu que certaines fonctionnalités importantes étaient bloquées (le POS par exemple). N'ayant pas beaucoup de temps pour tester le logiciel, j'ai décidé de faire confiance à cette société et ai souscris un abonnement d'une année pour plus de 600.-. J'ai ensuite acheté 2h de training payants pour que l'on puisse répondre à mes questions, étant donné que je n'avais pas eu le droit à la démo... Je me suis malheureusement vite rendu compte que ce logiciel n'allait pas convenir. La version Française est tout simplement inutilisable, il s'agit d'une vulgaire traduction Google et le 3/4 des termes n'ont juste pas de sens...(par exemple, la "date" était traduit en Français en "rendez-vous amoureux"....) On m'a répondu que je pouvais modifier les traductions dans les réglages... (je paie presque 1000.- au total et c'est à moi de traduire la totalité de leur système...?) De plus, les "templates" pour les factures, devis, etc... utilisent des "tags" pour afficher les différentes informations. En Anglais, tout est assez simple. Mais avec une traduction Française aussi mauvaise, ces templates doivent être complètement customisés car les informations incluent dans les "tags" ne peuvent pas être traduites manuellement. La configuration des templates par leur équipe est facturée 500-700.-.... Me rendant compte que cel n'allait pas fonctionner pour moi, j'ai demandé un remboursement (même partiel) de mon abonnement. Je précise que je n'ai pas utilisé le logiciel et que tout ceci s'est passé sur 1 mois. On m'a répondu que selon leurs conditions générales, ils ne pouvaient pas rembourser. Hors, leurs conditions indiquent qu'ils ne sont pas obligés de le faire, mais pas qu'ils ne peuvent pas... On m'a ensuite dit qu'ils avaient passés beaucoup de temps pour moi et qu'ils ne pouvaient pas rembourser l'abonnement... J'ai payé 2h de training et le reste concerne des échanges d'email (peut-être 20-30) principalement à cause des problèmes de template et de traduction. Pour terminer, cette entreprise a refusé le moindre remboursement. J'ai donc payé au total près de 1'000.- pour avoir fait confiance à cette entreprise, en ayant essayé durant 1 mois de configurer leur logiciel sans succès. Ils font la promotion de leur service client excellent mais si ils tenaient vraiment à la satisfaction de leurs clients, ils auraient au moins accepter de faire un geste en remboursant la moitié de l'abonnement annuel. Le fait de refuser catégoriquement ce remboursement, en connaissant la totalité du dossier, montre qu'ils veulent juste votre argent... Je déconseille donc fortement de traiter avec cette entreprise !
