Nous avons défini un parcours commun pour présenter l'entreprise, nos produits et nos engagements et un parcours personnalisé par entité pour l'établissement, les équipes, l'environnement et les documents légaux. Nos utilisateurs (nouveaux arrivants, Managers) sont ravis de l'experience et nos équipes supports (RH, IT, Services Généraux) ont un suivi simplifié des arrivés et des sorties de nos collaborateurs. Pros Facilité d'utilisation des utilisateurs et Autonomie d'administration et de gestion des contenus par les RH. Les équipes supports et Produits sont vraiment à l'écoute des clients et améliorent leur outil en continue selon les attentes de leurs clients et c'est vraiment rapide et engageant ! Cons La partie Reporting et Analytics peut encore être perfectionnée et il n'existe pas aujourd'hui d'application mobile, le parcours peut se faire sur une interface mobile mais il faut que le nouvel arrivant télécharge la page web sur son écran mobile ce qui n'est pas simple à expliquer à un nouvel arrivant digitalement. Pros La diversité des possibilités d'On et d'Offboarding. La création de contenu est simple et fluide. La plateforme permet aussi l'utilisation dans différentes langues, très pratique pour les entreprises multilingues. Cons La traduction non automatique des contenus à l'époque de la mise en place du système. Pour certaines créations de contenus, nous ne pouvons inclure qu'un seul document à la fois ce qui est parfois regrettable.
