Pros Free version & Super light. I have only tried the free version of hide.me and i love it because it is super light. There has never been a leak and it does the work fast. The phone app work great and don't break the connection mid way Cons not much. Maybe when the month finishes, you have to go and buy it all over again, even when there is nothing to buy, just selecting the free plan again. Not everyone needs it extensively as I did and you just need something while running something like kodi, or just want to be discrete while web browsing then yes this would work sufficiently. So my over all experience was grateful that I came across something free that was not counting down my trial amount of data. So That was my overall experience with Hideme and even though there was a few quirks here and there it didd its job and that is all that mattered. Pros I had used this for a good 5 or 6 months and my main reasoning was it was free and that is always good. The layout is simple to use and with limited options in the way of action buttons and the drop down menus. Other then that There was not much to this software. The one big thing for me is most vpns you have to pay for different amounts of data that they will run through there tunnel you then have to reload it this one did not do that, which is rare so thumbs up on that which makes up for any little quirks. Cons Well where do I begin, I think where its most important and the would be maintaining the connections to the servers. The connections would drop frequently if not just flat out neglect to connect to them at , Being a VPN that is kind of important.Another thing I I didn't care for is there minimal selections on servers to connect to. Nowadays where it is hard to find a VPN software with a reliable company at the background it is worth to research what product to use. That's why I have chosen this Hideme VPN. Pros I use this VPN when I travel or connect to a public Wifi. It is easy to use and it protects the network communication with reliable encryption. It offers log free operation, the company doesn't store any data from my visits. It offers a free version with 2GB monthly limit and only a few server connection possibility. It doesn't show ads. Netflix is not available with it. The connection to the server is really quick and I have never experienced any speed problem. It works flawlessly. Cons 2GB is a low limit in the free version, and only one of the company server is located in Europe, where you can connect in the free version. However you can subscribe at an affordable monthly or yearly plan and you can reach 1400 servers worldwide. With this software I was able to centralize the information of my passwords and as well as the work of the same creator, I never tried to memorize any more.
