Some good days and some bad. There are areas of frustration. If not for \[sensitive content hidden\], flight information from American or JetBlue refundable flights wouldn’t make it onto profile cards.

Pros

I like that I am able to save Al travel information within the users lasso profile and it’s retrieved during the booking of flights, hotels and cars. I love that people’s TSA PRE-Check or specific user accounts for points/usage are credited back to the individual traveler.

Cons

I don’t like that to make a simple name change I have to chat with a representative or that once I make my booking it takes a long as 2 hours for a reservation to possibly go through rather than it being instantaneous.

Reasons for choosing AmTrav

They were supposed to help tie all travel into a neat bow for the P&L purposes when sold to us.
