Pros

I personally like that I can accumulate credit card and airline points through this software. Not to mention, you will earn reward points as well. That's always a plus.

Cons

Sometimes it takes longer for the app to open, but that may just be a user issue and not a software issue. Other than that, I really like this program.

Pros

Can quickly book flights for work with no hassle. There are also pretty decent pro tips when you first get started to help you navigate around the platform; this is super helpful.

Cons

While it was pretty easy to use right off the bat, it seemed a bit unintuitive when logging back on to try and check out flight details.

Pros

It offers an easy way to search and compare flights and find a cheap and viable option. Especially the booking itself is straight forward, compared to many other application/websites where the final booking is normally where either the price suddenly increases or any other problems arise. All my bookings are easily reportable and I have it all in once place which is nice.

Cons

So far I did not encounter many negative aspects in the software. The leading on startup and when changing the animation from looking for flights to the actual results takes a bit long some times.

Pros

The ease of use. I love the user experience and the fact that it opens right up to the camera, so you can easily take a picture of a receipt.

Cons

I wish I could get the money back that I saved rather than just in incentives :) That would incentivize me even more!

Easy to use and clear. I like the idea of reward program and being able to check your funds for travels

Cons

Repeat on clicking rewards it would return to original setting . Overall not many problems. I did not like the vouchers being non exclusive to taxes.

It is easy to book trips and deal with the expenses. It's a good way to optimize workflows, especially in bigger companies.

Cons

I would have loved to be able to look into further details regarding my bookings (such as images on hotels).

I like the user interface, I think it's easy to navigate. The automated email updates are helpful and the customer service is great.

Cons

Sometimes it takes longer or is confusing for me to upload a photo of a screenshot vs. just taking a photo of a receipt.

Super easy to reserve everything I need for my trip, and comes with the added bonus of rewards. As someone who always travels frugally anyway, this is an amazing reward program. It makes traveling for work way more exciting.

Cons

The receipt system was a little bit tricky and aggravating.

Very positive

Pros

No hasel booking for business trips. Approvals are baked in. Helps keep costs down while making sure people get what they want.

Cons

The filtering, sorting, and recommendation engine for hotels could use some work. Also flight loyalty points are great, however hotel loyalty points are not managed. It would be great if they could also manage meals

Pros

I like that I don't have to keep my receipts during a long business trip. I can snap photos of them and they automatically save and are filed into the business trip expenses.

Cons

i haven't come across anything yet. everything is simple and convenient

The system was easy to use and offered the best flight fares. I did some comparisons and I liked this system a lot.

It initially showed a double purchase on my Brex account but it was ironed out.

Pros

I like the ease of comparing flights. I also like the ease of creating, submitting, and approving expense reports.

Cons

The chat feature makes it seem there is no way to get help after hours. There is an auto reply that says the current request cannot be addressed and to call the Customer Service number during regular business hours.

Cons

Need to expand to hotel bookings and other travel related features. Other than that, it is on par with other expense systems.
