It used to take me a full day to do all the expense reports using credit card statements. Definitely saves time & therefore, money. Pros Expense reports are so much easier than matching receipts to credit card statements. It was very easy to learn. I am able to easily switch between accounts. It is also much easier submitting mileage expenses. Cons When I am working as a delegate for my boss & I have an expense that has to be split by several locations, my session times out too quickly & it does not save the work I already did. Choosing the correct GL code for expenses is quick and easy and AI helps pick the correct one also. Pros Ease of the app. to help with expense reports. The app helps get the pictures if the receipts in quickly. Cons How long it takes to get all transactions out of pending. Pros The ease of use, getting around, contacting support is all very seamless. Submitting your reports are very stream line. Cons The page does not save you history of travel address. When you place the same address over and over it does not save. It does what it’s supposed to do and makes work travel and expenses easier to manage. It’s not perfect and takes a little time to get used to, but once you do it works fine. I’d say it’s a solid app for company travel and expense tracking. Pros What I liked most is that everything is in one place. I can book flights and hotels and also submit expenses without switching apps. The receipt upload is pretty easy and it saves time, espically for work travel. It also connects well with the company card so most transactions show up automatically which is nice. Cons The app can feel a little slow sometimes and not always very intuitive. A few things take extra clicks to find and it’s not super clear at first. Also the mobile app could be smoother, I had to refresh it a couple times for things to show up. Review Source LM Laurie M. Change is never easy for a business, but this was well worth the weight in the amount of time and energy has improved greatly. Pros The ease of implementation and the month end process made my job so much simpler with hours shaved off my month end reconciliation process. Cons The order of the transactions are opposite of the transactions on the bankcard statement. It would be great to see those transactions fall in order from oldest to newest versus newest to oldest. Pros The ease of tracking and submitting expense reports and the intuition of the website to do so. Cons Having to wait to start an expense report until the charge is no longer pending. It makes searching for flights and modifying flights also super easy. The customer service support is always available and quick to respond for assistance if any modifications are required. Cons Nothing in particular but I do wish that the reporting features could be more robust. Pros I like all the features available for the Travel bank program.. It's user friendly for all of our employees using it to up to date. Cons There isn't really any features I disliked as of yet.. I fill in a few pre-set fields, upload a pdf, jpg, png receipt and hit submit. As soon as it is approved, my money is on its way. So much better than submitting paper forms. Customer support is top notch and fast!! User friendly site and app, not only to use but to find what you need and just how it doesn't look complex to use. Pros I like that it is very easy to input the required information for each expense. Merchant, date, amount, category. You can add your receipt easily by dragging and dropping it in the location, or uploading the file. There is a description box, so clarifications can be made for each expense. You are even able to choose if the expense is billable to a customer. Cons There isn't anything that I dislike about TravelBank. It really is very straightforward to use. Review Source MM Michael M. Cons Nothing really, everything on this software is helpful even if my company does not use all of its features. I could see where booking via travel bank would be easier than other websites. My company dictates use and I'm happy for it. The system seems to be solid as it allows my company to make fast, accurate decisions thus leading to quick reimbursements. Pros Most impactful is the ease to navigate and enter information. Timely and accurate entries lead to solid decision making and thus, fast reimbursements. My mind is on getting the materials ready for the trip, not booking the trip itself. TravelBank always makes it easy and customer service helps me find the best options for where I'm going. What's more: they have always helped with trip changes and at the last minute. I'm so happy with TravelBank. Cons Sometimes I can see hotels and flights on Google that don't appear in search results for TravelBank. I have to check with a service agent to double check they are indeed not available. After demoing multiple platforms, Clearlink found TravelBank to be the ideal fit for our growing organization. Not only did TravelBank work heavily with us to refine our existing travel policy, their team is readily available for any questions that arise. Pros The TravelBank platform is extremely user friendly and intuitive. Their goal is to have you book a flight from start to finish in under a few minutes, and the process is simple and streamlined to take the headache out of booking travel. Aesthetically, the software is clean, well organized and visually pleasing. Adding users is simple with mass uploads, and deactivating employees is just as easy. Cons While not necessarily a con, TravelBank is continuing to develop new enhancements to their system, which means continued changes for our employees. That said, they’re positive changes! There are many items on the roadmap for this year, like rental cars, and as a company that has a high annual travel spend, we can already see we will rely heavily on the upcoming features. As a newer travel platform in an industry that hasn’t seen much change or innovation to travel, we’re excited to see the enhancements that are being made by TravelBank. As we continue to grow in headcount, the reporting capabilities could be increased to support our needs and provide deeper visibility into employee travel. It's almost mistake proof for entry which benefits the employees getting correct information, so they get reimbursed quickly. Pros Guides you through everything very easily for submitting . Everything you need is easily accessed and one page Cons I thought it was easy access and very user friendly. Don't know really what I would change.?
