It used to take me a full day to do all the expense reports using credit card statements. Definitely saves time & therefore, money. Pros Expense reports are so much easier than matching receipts to credit card statements. It was very easy to learn. I am able to easily switch between accounts. It is also much easier submitting mileage expenses. Cons When I am working as a delegate for my boss & I have an expense that has to be split by several locations, my session times out too quickly & it does not save the work I already did. Choosing the correct GL code for expenses is quick and easy and AI helps pick the correct one also. Pros Ease of the app. to help with expense reports. The app helps get the pictures if the receipts in quickly. Cons How long it takes to get all transactions out of pending. It provided all that we needed. I know there was an option to use it to book travel, but we never used it just because that wasn't the intent use when we purchased this program. So knowing that was an option was good to have in case we did ever need it. Pros I like how easy it is to use. Its very user friendly and love that we can manage all of our company credit card expenses under one format. Being able to view the expenses of others where they can provide all of the information we need in order to process our books is great and convenient. Cons There have been times when downloading an expense report would not download correctly. It would only download the report but not the receipts that were attached to each expense which was important for us to have on file. Other times some expenses that were on our credit card statement would not populate in Travel Bank so we needed to add the expense manually. Pros The ease of use, getting around, contacting support is all very seamless. Submitting your reports are very stream line. Cons The page does not save you history of travel address. It does what it’s supposed to do and makes work travel and expenses easier to manage. It’s not perfect and takes a little time to get used to, but once you do it works fine. I’d say it’s a solid app for company travel and expense tracking. Pros What I liked most is that everything is in one place. I can book flights and hotels and also submit expenses without switching apps. The receipt upload is pretty easy and it saves time, espically for work travel. It also connects well with the company card so most transactions show up automatically which is nice. Cons The app can feel a little slow sometimes and not always very intuitive. A few things take extra clicks to find and it’s not super clear at first. Also the mobile app could be smoother, I had to refresh it a couple times for things to show up. It makes searching for flights and modifying flights also super easy. The customer service support is always available and quick to respond for assistance if any modifications are required. Cons Nothing in particular but I do wish that the reporting features could be more robust. Customer support is top notch and fast!! User friendly site and app, not only to use but to find what you need and just how it doesn't look complex to use. May 29, 2024 5.0 Pros Since my university started using TravelBank, it is much easier and quicker to get reimbursed for expenses. I fill in a few pre-set fields, upload a pdf, jpg, png receipt and hit submit. As soon as it is approved, my money is on its way. So much better than submitting paper forms. My mind is on getting the materials ready for the trip, not booking the trip itself. TravelBank always makes it easy and customer service helps me find the best options for where I'm going. What's more: they have always helped with trip changes and at the last minute. I'm so happy with TravelBank. Cons Sometimes I can see hotels and flights on Google that don't appear in search results for TravelBank. I have to check with a service agent to double check they are indeed not available. After demoing multiple platforms, Clearlink found TravelBank to be the ideal fit for our growing organization. Not only did TravelBank work heavily with us to refine our existing travel policy, their team is readily available for any questions that arise. Pros The TravelBank platform is extremely user friendly and intuitive. Their goal is to have you book a flight from start to finish in under a few minutes, and the process is simple and streamlined to take the headache out of booking travel. Aesthetically, the software is clean, well organized and visually pleasing. Adding users is simple with mass uploads, and deactivating employees is just as easy. Cons While not necessarily a con, TravelBank is continuing to develop new enhancements to their system, which means continued changes for our employees. That said, they’re positive changes! There are many items on the roadmap for this year, like rental cars, and as a company that has a high annual travel spend, we can already see we will rely heavily on the upcoming features. As a newer travel platform in an industry that hasn’t seen much change or innovation to travel, we’re excited to see the enhancements that are being made by TravelBank. As we continue to grow in headcount, the reporting capabilities could be increased to support our needs and provide deeper visibility into employee travel. Overall it is a very good app. Cons Sometimes I know the name of a hotel and I search for it exactly and it still doesn't find what I am looking for and I have to go through a ton of search results. It's almost mistake proof for entry which benefits the employees getting correct information, so they get reimbursed quickly. Pros Guides you through everything very easily for submitting . Everything you need is easily accessed and one page Cons I thought it was easy access and very user friendly. Don't know really what I would change.?
