Pros Very easy to use. You are able to track past receipts, manage expenses clearly, and upload for prompt reimbursement. Cuts out the check writing and wait times. " April 24, 2018 4.0 This APP allows the Finance Team to quickly audit the expense reports. Very user friendly. I also personally love the travel options. I went on a trip to MX for business and I have only positive things about the service. I forgot to say for improvements, please add a field so we can add the Gl Account number for future to assist with Accounting postings. Pros The ease of use of the APP and desktop version, the friendly staff, and the 24 hour concierge service. Cons We would like some additional features which has been shared with Connor for future upgrades. We would prefer the customer and description fields to be mandatory. We also need a Job Task field so we can easily use for job accounting postings. Also the Admin cannot see if an EE's expense report is still unsubmitted or if he is still in his Supervisor's box for approval. I always have to ask Conner Lawrence to investigate. This has not been anything but easy and smooth. Pros It is the ease and functionality of this software that I like most. Cons Haven't encountered any issues to date to complain about. Cons I don't think the budgets set are realistic. I don't see how companies are saving because it allows employees to spend a LOT on flights on hotels. February 6, 2019 4.0 Another thing that helps companies and still has a positive outcome for employees is the reward system that is built in. If the company credit card is used, some people feel they lose their points. But here there are credits applied to the individual. Pros It is rare that you can find and book flights in 20 seconds, but it is possible with TravelBank. They have made this super simple to get completed. Cons As with any software, I always wonder if they are finding all available flights when I do a search. The automation of the travel approval process has been positively impactful. Cons As a user it is occasionally difficult to find flight times that align with my needs. Pros The previous software that our company used was slow and reimbursements did not seem worth the effort. I no longer feel this way. Cons The initial setup of my account took time, but still less time than previous software that we've used and worthwhile for almost immediate reimbursement (or what feels like immediate!) I have also interfaced with their customer service team several times and they routinely go above and beyond. Also, the fact that their customer service team is like a personal travel concierge takes so much of the headache out of booking travel. Cons The purchase ticket button - there is no extra confirmation you are ready. The way that you go through the booking process, you'd expect there to be a review page before being instantly booked.
