Pros

Snapping a quick image of a receipt is great. I add a few details of the purchase on the app and then forward to A/P office. No invoices to stuff in my wallet.

Cons

It would be nice if the app was able to remember (auto fill) the email that I forward my invoices/reports to.

We wanted our employees to have the freedom to choose their own flights. With Travelbank our team books their own flights without asking us for approval.

Pros

super easy to use. our team really like it. Also, changing or canceling flights it's easy because always the team helps you with that.

Cons

I'd like as an admin to get to my email, employees fights.

Pros

Cons

No rental car ability yet. Had to contact agent to make changes.

1) Expense reimbursement is easier for the user than our previous provider. 2) Customer support is better than previous providers. 3) Good synergy with Brex corporate card.

Cons

The car rental tab and traveler profile is still under construction.

The benefit of using Travel Bank is having and electronic accounting system in which to submit expenses for my business instead of having to keep up with a folder of paper receipts.

Pros

Travel Bank App was easy to download. I currently do not have any travel expenses. I mainly use the Expenses portion of the app to submit monthly expenses.

Cons

I feel that the app should allow you to take pictures of more than one receipt page at a time for a singular expense.

I felt like it was fairly intuitive. It wasn't difficult to navigate as many other company travel platforms can be. I also liked that it help keep top of mind what the budget was that I was supposed to be using.

Expense tracking and receipt management are the two biggest benefits.

Pros

Easily captures and processes receipts submitted through both the internal camera and e-mails. Generates beautiful expense reports that can easily be submitted for reimbursal. I no longer need to keep paper receipts. Easily able to move between the iOS app and the web application.

I like how theres no explanation needed to use the features because its do straightforward. The UI is clean and easy to the eye as well.

Cons

I wish you can choose what page you want to see by default because I usually only use the Reports tab but Im taken to a different page every time I open the app

It's the fastest, easiest way I've ever booked travel for my company. Getting reimbursed was also a breeze

Cons

Not really any that I can think. I think it sucks that if you want to book on Southwest, you can't really change it the same way

Pros

Ease of use was the number one feature that really impressed about the application, within five minutes I had already booked my flight with help by the automated response team which promptly sent me a response to any questions that I do have .

Cons

The application doesn't give detailed flight windows to how far one could book out for your trip, there were just no flights available if you were trying to book about ten to twelve months out. As soon as I inquired with a representative they did let me know how far I could book out which was reassuring and they helped me with any other questions I had, which was great because I was a bit confused at first.

Easy to navigate, I like the ability to sort through flight options and I also like how the company can earn savings as well as the individual.

Cons

I still need to explore reports and how to limit users access to our company card. Also, our company pays for flights for our consultants, so I am interested in learning more about that process.

The dashboard and search was extremely straight forward. Does the job in a delightful way.

Cons

Software was great! Unfortunately their travel emails ended up in spam, though, so at first I thought the tool didnt work.

Pros

Super easy to use - both mobile and desktop versions. I love how it keeps track of all my expenses and sends that info to Expensify - makes my life easier!

Cons

I'd like to have a way to book multiple people at one time and be able to book my flight and hotel at the same time.
