AMR has saved my organization a huge number of dollars throughout the long term. This product precisely represents my clients print use/toner levels and imports effectively to our ERP programming

Pros

AMR is Highly viable and extremely exact meter and toner readings for all multifunction printing and Copiers. Very responsive help and incredible redesigns.

Cons

Nothing all I require they have ,quick responsive help I was looking for this answer for a ton of time and I discover it

Hemos podido automatizar los pedidos de consumibles de los equipos así como las lecturas de contadores de todo nuestro parque. También nos permitió desarrollar un aplicativo externo utilizando los datos que reportan las máquinas directamente en AMR.

Pros

Aplicación muy fácil de utilizar. Es intuitiva y no consume recursos. Posilidad de instalar en local o en sus servidores. El módulo del cliente se instala muy rápido y no pide grandes requisitos.

Cons

Faltarían algunos mensajes de tóner residual.

AMR has saved my company thousands of dollars over the years. This software accurately accounts for my customers print usage / toner levels and imports easily to our ERP software. With the recent UI upgrade it's even easier to keep our customers sacrificed. A+++

Pros

AMR is Highly compatible and very accurate meter and toner readings for all multifunction printing and Copiers. Super responsive support and great upgrades.

Cons

I honestly don't have any negatives. Perhaps it would be nice to have AMR host this as a cloud service.

Miracle service was overpriced and offered virtually no support. We paid thousands for set up and never used this very poorly designed / very confusing software to its maximum.
