Globalization is not simply an isolated phenomenon, but a worldwide one, and this has had repercussions on the texts we previously had in books, since most of the materials we produce are in PDF format, as required by clients and international manuals of research methodology. Thanks to this software, our editorial line has been able to produce high quality documents thanks to the range of tools offered by the software. Cons This software has a problem when adding formats from other text and photo transcription software. The problem is that the formats do not exactly fit the PDF presentations, generating additional work to edit each of the additions we make from other software to the main document. It has very useful features that support smooth workflow for individuals as well as businesses. Notable features I love include the ability to convert any printable docs to PDFs. It goes further and allows PDF files to image formats like PNGs, TIFF or JPGs. And to simply your workflow, PDFCreator allows multiple documents to be merged into a single document, thus reducing file sizes, and also supports rearranging of individual documents in the merged file according to preference. The app works perfectly on most windows run computers and for sensitive files, no need to worry because users can lock documents with passwords, add a digital signature or restrict modification or printing of their files. This app is also great because its able to archive your PDFs through its PDF/A standard feature and be stored for years. Cons It's a very good and free app overall. In addition to this the aspect of its interface makes it easy to see and easy to operate. Cons PDF Creator when installed for free in the same way other softwares are installed in the search engine of the browser which is somewhat embarrassing. Sometimes when users try to open a file in word format using a computer having different version of Microsoft Office, they find their file diorganized or missing all the spaces between words. By simply converting the file from word to PDF using PDFCreator they can prevent this problem. Users can also make it difficult for readers to edit their file or coping and pasting. Cons The thing I like least about this software is its difficulty to use it in other language fonts. It has many positive functions but for me the most important ones would be that when printing documents you can convert them to PDF formats, you can also protect them against unauthorized access. If you need to send a signed document with many reproductions you can use digital signatures which will save you time. The automatic saving that allows you to have a fully automated PDF printer and its ability to compress files. Cons Among the few disadvantages that can be found in this software, I think that the most relevant and the only one for me is that editing files is a bit complicated....
