I sometimes need to take pictures of the books that I’m working with my students, turn them into PDFs and we’re good to go! I do not know if we all use it or if it is a corporate software but I feel comfortable using this application as a tool to convert PDF documents. Pros What I like most about this software is that it is very easy to use, I have it configured on my machine so that whenever you want to save a document or need to send it safely you can do it just press a couple of clips and that's it. Additionally, it is easy to configure, it presents the option to modify each document that you want to process in such a way that you can apply, for example, security or compression features easily. Cons The most important thing for me is the versatility of use and the potential it has to protect documents. In this sense it has many advantages, however as a user I think that it should improve the speed of execution or conversion of document to PDF, because it takes a lot of time once I give it to save document although I have it in the basic configuration. Cons Merging of documents take awhile sometimes and sorting out documents when out of order also takes sometime to get it sorted out altogether.
