Il offre plus que Google Chrome et Microsoft Edge en terme de lecture de PDF, mais malheureusement, l’éditeur, Adobe, nous incite constamment à souscrire à des abonnements supplémentaires.

Overall, my experience with Adobe Acrobat Reader has been very positive. It is a reliable, stable, and easy-to-use application that I depend on daily for both professional healthcare documentation and personal paperwork. It simplifies how I handle PDFs and ensures I can access and review important information anytime. I would definitely recommend it to professionals, students, and anyone who regularly works with digital documents.

Pros

Adobe Acrobat Reader has been an essential tool in both my professional and personal life. As a physiotherapist working in Canada, I deal with a large number of patient documents, referral forms, reports, and consent files in PDF format. This software makes it extremely easy to open, read, and manage all of them in one place without any compatibility issues. One of the things I appreciate most is how smooth and reliable it is. PDFs open quickly, and I can easily navigate even large documents without lag. The highlight and comment features are also very useful for reviewing reports and marking important information during patient documentation. I also find it very helpful that I can access my files across devices. Whether I am at work or checking something quickly on my phone, everything stays synced and easy to access. This has made my workflow much more efficient and organized. Even in my personal life, I use Acrobat Reader frequently for bank documents, official forms, and medical paperwork. It keeps everything structured in one place and reduces the need for printing or physical storage.

Cons

The main limitation is that advanced features like editing text, converting files, or modifying documents require a paid subscription. While the free version is excellent for viewing and basic annotation, sometimes I wish more editing features were included. Additionally, the app can feel slightly heavy on older devices when opening very large files.

My company stopped using Adobe because it was too expensive. I spent a lot of time learning the new software and getting used to a different way of working, but the lower cost made the switch worthwhile.

Pros

Adobe is the easiest and simplest PDF software I have used. It works much faster than other programs and helps me manage, edit, and share PDF documents efficiently

Cons

Adobe is a powerful PDF program, but it is more expensive than many alternatives. For small businesses, the cost may be hard to justify or afford.

Adobe Acrobat Reader offers good ease of use with a simple interface for viewing and basic editing PDFs. It provides reliable PDF document management and useful signature and signing tools for everyday tasks. However, its file conversion and advanced features are limited without a paid plan, which affects overall value for money. Customer support is helpful but mainly geared toward paid users. Overall, it works well for basic PDF needs but feels limited for advanced use.

Pros

VALUE FOR MONEY Adobe Acrobat Reader is a solid free option for basic PDF viewing and commenting, but many advanced tools (like full editing and advanced conversions) require a paid upgrade, which can feel expensive for casual users.

Cons

What I liked least about Adobe Acrobat Reader is that many of the most useful tools are locked behind a paid subscription. Features like full file conversion and advanced editing are limited in the free version, which affects overall value for money. It can also feel a bit restricted when you need more than just basic PDF viewing and signing.

I have a good experience with Acrobat Reader. I use it as the default document reader on my computer. I use the free version and it fits my needs.

Pros

It has so many solid features that I don’t see on Google Chrome as a documents reader. I haven't purchased it yet, but according to the pricing for the Pro version, it offers better security, and the OCR and editing tools are next-level good.

Cons

I find Adobe Acrobat a little bit expensive. The interface is clear, but the options are not laid out in the same place as on Microsoft Word.

It is the best PDF reader, and has every tool it needs to edit PDFs. It is easy to use, retains all accurate information, and can easily be depended on as a software.

Pros

I recently found the Organise Pages tool on Acbrobat, and it is an absolute game changer. I now have full control and can easily see what the finished file will look like.

Cons

I think the UI can be complicated when looking for certain tools, such as making all pages the same size as each other. It is hidden away in a settings panel, when the UI of other Adobe softwares are easy to use. I also don't like how exclusive they've made PDFs, which leaves us no choice but to use Acrobat because nothing else compares.
