Pros This software has all the features that a pdf reader should have. Starting from highlighting text, making comments on pdf, searching facility, go to the direct page feature, comparison facility and so on. As I prefer pdf over rtf format, Adobe Acrobat Reader is my first choice to read pdf. Cons The only feature that I least like about this software is that conversion of .pdf to .doc file. I know that this option is available for the pro version of Adobe Acrobat Reader DC reader, but in my opinion it is should be implemented as basic feature not as advanced feature. Pros In my line of work I read a lot of PDFs. Reader is absolutely perfect for basic PDF viewing and manipulation. Cons Occasionally it makes me recreate my digital signature, which is annoying. It doesn't take very long to learn, and it's great for revising text in documents. This is our preferred document software when finalizing closing documents. Cons I think the full text search option could be better. There are times when it doesnt pick up the texts (usually because of the quality of the image). Otherwise, I love this software! I recommend it to everyone, it really is a great reader! Pros It opens any pdf file really fast, unless it's a little heavy the file, it does takes a little more, but still faster than most readers. It is a great tool for all businesses and even personal use. I use it a lot to read e-books and documents at work. It has a lot of editing tools to modify documents or forms and add electronic signatures to it. I love that I can use it on my Windows computer, Macbook and my iPhone. Also it is not a heavy program, which is good because it doesn't slow down the computer. Cons There is nothing that I dislike, but I think they can improve the loading speed of the heavier documents. It makes email correspondence with documents so much easier. I also love being able to edit, separate, and add documents to a PDF, it makes my job much easier. Rather than scanning in dozens of documents one by one, I can scan them in all at once and just break up the PDF. Cons Sometimes when I am converting a document into a PDF, the fonts come through as illegible. The formatting gets messed up and I have to do it a different way or start completely over. I have had multiple instances of the software crashing and erasing my work. I like that being able to embed live links and make your documents more robust in terms of having all the information available in one place is even better for employees or recipients of the marketing/communication materials. Cons Licensing can be a challenge with businesses. Not all employees are often given the license and unless you have the appropriate level of access, users aren't all able to perform the same tasks. It would be easier to build in this program to a suite similar to Microsoft Office for greater usage across organizations.
