The ease of file transfer. Pros The simplicity with which files can be transported and commented on. Unless my admin agrees to install it, I cant access Acrobat on my computer. Really useful when you share across design files between design team and marketing. Cons The accesses can be a bit cumbersome. Also if there are too many comments it isnt easy to see which one relates to what. In that respect, Bynder is better, since a drop menu appears on right to click on comments to navigate. Pros As a PDF reader app Acrobat Reader si the best I ever tryed. Is fast and has many useful features. Signing documents is one of the best feature that i used until now, offerd me the posibility to go paperless. Document management is easy and works great. However, some of the expansion items (like scaling/measure tools) have started to cause issues over all and the reading/initializing of documents for said tools has slowed to a crawl over the past few months. Pros I like that I can combine, redact and edit .pdf files. Cons The measuring feature for scaleable documents was originally one of my favorites. But recently, there has been issues with the scaling tool not working correctly, thus making it more of a disappointment than an exciting feature. Pros This program is a robust, In my work that usually using PDFs we rely on this. It's a PDF viewer with excellent annotation tools, easy navigation, and seamless integration with other Adobe services. It's the gold standard for handling PDFs. In Casual workspace this is very useful. Cons Adobe Acrobat Reader can be heavy on resources, sometimes slow to load, and the interface may feel cluttered. Premium features require a subscription, which might not be ideal for casual users. If Adobe could lower there price just ab bit it would be a great choice for college students and even younger students. The price is the only disadvantage I found with this platform. Pros All of the features are worthy of praise. I love how you can transform a photo or a word doc into a PDF. The editor is as well a nice feature especially if you are working on a project with others. You can edit and send for review for more editing with the addition of adding comments or remarks to aide the changes made. Cons The only disadvantage of this product is it is too pricey for me.
