### "A Necessary Format "

February 22, 2019

4.0

I really enjoy Acrobat Reader but feel it could do a lot more without the added cost.

Pros

I love how versatile the .pdf can be. The different tools to be able to view large documents as well are extremely helpful.

Cons

Honestly, I don't like how much of the functions are reserved for paying for the software. I feel it should be much cheaper if it were to be at a cost at all, however, it almost seems like one of those necessary parts to a computer and some of the things you are not able to do, should be available.

### "Adobe acrobat reader dc ultimate user"

February 17, 2021

5.0

When I use Adobe acrobat reader dc to open my PDF it's free for PC MAC Mobile Devices. Attaching files is a breeze with this software. The prices are reasonable and affordable and absolutely a necessity for me to keep.

Pros

Abode acrobat reader dc is essential and is not difficult to follow and the showcase Tabs are likewise simple to discover. I use it for markup and deleting pages is one of my favorites It's also great at splitting or cutting PDF Pages. You can combine files like pdf, word, Excel, PowerPoint, or an image into one PDF. The Absolute best thing I like about the software is you can easily sign documents and reports and save your signature for future archives.

Cons

Adobe Reader is Free Acrobat is not free to Creation, Finishing, Workflow And Analyze/Manipulate Content Add PDF Features Form Fields/Scripts and Bookmarks/Navigation and Watermark/Page Numbers. Acrobat creates PD Files but it is not a tool for creating document content. This is the only thing that's missing in this software. I hope that I can create DOCS within the software in the future.

### "Very simple and efficient"

November 19, 2019

5.0

Overall, I use this to view all online documents on my computer.

Pros

I really enjoy how easy it is to search through and view documents. I also love the Fill and Sign feature. I use it electronically sign all my documents and it makes life very easy.

Cons

I find it tedious to view documents when I need to constantly change the viewing format. Between scrolling between pages or jumping to each, I always have to change my settings. It would be easier to have one setting for me that stays at that one setting.

### "Best product of Adobe"

I had very little training and essentially taught myself how to use all of the fantastic things this machine has to offer. It is unique because of its incredibly simple editing features and straightforward design. Using the app makes it quite simple to scan items and create PDFs for work!

Cons

Adobe Acrobat Reader is less powerfull instrument than full Adobe Acrobat. Some funtions are needed like modifications on layers.

### "The best software for PDFs! "

November 8, 2019

5.0

It is a great program and I highly recommend it to everyone!

Pros

Adobe Acrobat Reader is the best software to view PDFs that you can get. You can download it for free and begin reading PDFs at a moment's notice. I have always liked Adobe as a company, having used Photoshop many times in the past as well. I love that you can bookmark your favorite pages and that you can maintain your own personal library of PDF files the moment you start downloading.

Cons

The only thing that I do not like is that you have to pay for all of the amazing additional features but honestly, that is not really something that I have a right to complain about. Adobe Acrobat Reader knows that they have many additional features that people will pay for and so they charge a monthly fee and many people pay it. Personally, I do not need these features so I am not going to pay for them but if I needed them I would.

### "This PDF reader continues to make the appropriate steps forward."

February 7, 2019

5.0

Great reader for a great value. It has saved us countless hours within the workforce.

Pros

There are new features added constantly and require very little, if any, previous experience in PDF manipulation. The customization of documents allows PDF's to tailored to your business needs, including invoicing, purchase orders, agreements, etc.

Cons

The user interface could use a few additional features, such as opening PDF's in different panels. This may be a feature and I just have not figured out how to use it yet.

### "Free software to view, edit and print my PDF files, easily and quickly."

May 1, 2018

It is the simplest and most practical PDF file reader available in the market. It's free so I can install it on all my electronic devices and share files to make presentations and show work information. It allows me to protect my personal information.

Pros

With Acrobat Reader DC I can edit, view, print, copy my PDF files, in a very simple and effective way. It helps me organize my files and easily locate them. It is very practical to search by keywords. I use it on all my electronic devices. Excellent cost-benefit ratio. I recommend it.

Cons

I would like that I could share my PDF files with Acrobat Reader with my contacts through the internet. Generate groups and people so they can see my PDF files.

### "Acrobat Reader Review"

January 22, 2021

5.0

Since the pandemic we moved to use the PDF documents with Adobe Acrobat Reader DC as method to digitize most of the day-to-day documents and send them through pre-defined workflows in an environment we work remotely. This improvement will stay. All documents and sign-offs are done on the PDF document and can be stored for reference.

Pros

Import a digital signature and sign documents with verifiable signature in PDF. Fill in pre-drawn PRF forms & attach files to the PDF document.

Cons

In terms of digital document control this works for me, no back draws found yet.

### "Love the new Adobe Acrobat!"

March 19, 2019

5.0

I cannot go a day in my business without Adobe Acrobat and Adobe Reader.

Pros

With this version, Adobe reformatted a bit and I was stuck at first until I knew where to find most of the regular features that I was used to. But after about 5 - 10 minutes looking around, I quickly got used to the new format. I love it so much more now.

Cons

I think the portion on secure signing is not as intuitive as it could be, although this is not a deciding factor for me as to how much I like and will use this software.

### "Not bad but not great, it's a standard"

April 18, 2019

5.0

I use it alot but I don't make it my main. I use another software and I generally use that when I want to multi tab but if i want something that is fast and easy, I use this. It's not bad and I have seen the paid version of it and while I don't use it that often, it is pretty useful with the paid features.

Pros

Its simple and very fast to use. There isn't alot to it and it's pretty much a standard on most machines and workstations

Cons

It's not very useful unless you buy the paid version but even so the free version is very useful and a recommended must have.

### "Best software to use when dealing with PDF docs"

June 3, 2019

5.0

All in all Adobe Reader DC is the best to use when dealing with all PDF documents and I would recommend it to everyone especially those who deal with PDF docs a lot.

Pros

Adobe reader DC is on another level when it comes to PDF, we can create PDF documents with this software. We use the software to compile reports and sales of the day and we are able to put images together in a document. Adobe Reader DC has quite a lot of cool features like editing the texts and the viewer can make comments on a document. The other important point is we usually save our files on the Adobe cloud which makes our files safe we don’t have to worry about the PC crashing and losing the docs.

Cons

With the free option you are not able to access a lot of cool features like editing text. We use the paid versions and its just the best in creating PDF’S

### "Simple Way to Review Work"

November 30, 2018

5.0

It's effectively enabled us to route projects to multiple stakeholders, both internally and externally, as well as the best way to finalize and send completed projects to clients and partners.

Pros

Acrobat Reader is easy to use and transcends different operating systems. It's truly the only way for marketing teams to have multiple stakeholders review work and to send to partners without worrying about file size issues or compatibility.

Cons

Nothing - it's top-notch and we've never had an issue with someone being unable to read a PDF.

### "PDF Focused Application"

September 12, 2018

5.0

Pros

Acrobat Reader DC helps our laboratory by providing a platform where we could view, open, edit, and comment PDF files conveniently. PDF is the core format of most documents these days and Adobe has created an application suitable for the increasing need of PDF reading. Excellent application for the scientific world and for research purposes as well.

Cons

I hope they could add a tab for multiple documents instead of opening another window of the application. Otherwise, no other issue.

### "Great Product"

December 4, 2019

4.0

I enjoy using this program and I literally use it everyday. It's a great software for proper documentation.

Pros

What I love most about this software is the different uses this program has. I am glad there are ways we can go paperless and I believe this software helps the environment to be better.

Cons

I don't like how when your trial is up, they will not let you use the program anymore. I feel like they should let us use the basic amenities of the software if our trial is over such as simply viewing a document.

### "It is an excellent PDF software, because it gives confidence to see and print documents in PDF."

July 30, 2018

5.0

Pros

This software allows me to make notes in the documents thanks to the set of tools that allow writing comments. It allows me to use the device's camera to scan a document, whiteboard or receipt, and save it as a PDF file. It incorporates all the tools that allow to place the electronic signature in the files.

Cons

The software is a little complicated to place the electronic signatures in the documents because there are several ways to place them and the explanation is not simple.

### "Reading made Fun!"

October 4, 2019

5.0

Pros

This is a great software to read pdf documents. It lets you note down and make comments in the documents while reading. The software interface makes you wanna come back to it and read more. Another option I love about this software is the option called nightmode which allows you to read in dark environments.

Cons

There's almost nothing to complain about this software. The one thing I would like though is to make converting pdf documents in to word documents a pleasant experience.

### "Adobe Acrobat is my go-to for PDF viewing."

May 15, 2018

5.0

Simple PDF viewing, editing and distributing.

Pros

The ability to convert scanned PDFs to text is incredibly useful for contracts. Distributing fillable PDF forms and collecting the responses for Excel export is fantastic.

Cons

While I've not had any issues with the reader itself, I would like Adobe to work with the major internet browsers to add support around their PDF readers. The ability to submit distributed forms in Adobe is very useful, but the submit function does not work in most browsers.

### "Easy to access"

August 23, 2018

4.0

It is best tool i have ever found for view, edit, manage and publish a pdf file.

Pros

Its primary feature is that it is completely free to use, so it decreases extra burden of paying money. You can viee pdf files in different formats. Its a platform independent, easily available for mobiles, pc, notebook and pdas. It is also available as a plug-in for many web browsers.

Cons

Some times slow down the process of reading like slow scrolling, search and jump to another page. Its installation takes some times.

### "How else would you view PDF's?"

February 24, 2020

5.0

Overall Acrobat Reader DC is a wonderful tool and it would be much more difficult to review files without it.

Pros

Acrobat Reader DC is such an easy tool to use to review PDF's. Clients send me lots of information to analyze. In many cases, the easiest way to disseminate this is through PDF and the reader allows me to easily view the information.

Cons

I wish more of the editing tools were included in the free versions of the software. It would be great to be able to password protect and highlight and such.

### "The best way to read, create and manage your PDF files. "

February 19, 2019

5.0

I have really used adobe as a key tool in my profession. We send PDF files regularly to ensure everyone has the same information. Everyone's files are neat and clean, and it really cuts down on the confusion across the business platform.

Pros

You need adobe for almost everything now. Everyone sends files PDF. If you don't have adobe, you're going to have a heck of a time opening those files, reading them, or editing them. I love adobe because it's a no nonsense, easy way to open your PDF files, print them, and comment on them. I use it daily for work. I love that you can type into some of the forms before printing as well because the files look neat, clean and professional. I have been very happy with adobe and am sure that I will use it for many years to come. It is quite the lifesaver.

Cons

I have no issues with adobe. Any issues that I have are always related to updates, or my own PC. I've had issues with some of my older computers not properly opening but it doesn't have to do with adobe itself, just the particular computer that I am using. Luckily there are forums out there that can give you support.

### "Necessary Software for Today"

January 4, 2020

4.0

I've used Acrobat Reader for awhile now, but I did upgrade to the Pro since I wanted to create my own pdf's and design invitations. Overall, Reader DC is easy and necessary, but Pro has many more options.

Pros

Once installed, Adobe Acrobat Reader is easy to view pdf's and sign them. The format of the documents doesn't change when using Acrobat. Plus, it's free to download!

Cons

Adobe Reader is very limited. For example, if you want to be able to create a pdf in the Adobe program, you need to use the paid version- Reader Pro.
