The font size is not too big and just good size to read and it also allows you to continue from where you previously left Cons I think that maybe it would be nice to incorporate some kind of ai language dictionary, so that one could check the meaning of some words. Everyone I shared PDF documents with struggled to find a way to open them. Most reported that they were repeatedly asked to subscribe to Adobe Acrobat in order to view the document. Pros I liked the signature feature best as well as the ability to build a fillable form using a scanned document. Cons When adding text boxes I had difficulty aligning the new text within the box to the existing scanned and uploaded document. The ability to publish to PDF and still retain much of the correct formatting has been useful, and the additional features such as document signing etc. work really well. While there are many features, this comes with added time to learn the product. The interface isn't daunting, however. Pros Converting documents seamlessly while maintaining formatting accuracy is a huge plus. The e-signature and collaboration tools are also very useful. Cons The ability to fully edit PDFs would be useful. I would say that this might be a knowledge gap on my part, in which case my dislike would be the transparency towards training.
