The fill and sign feature as well as the send for signature features are outstanding. The redacting feature has also come in very handy. Cons I don't have anything negative to say about Acrobat Reader DC. I have not experienced any issues with teh program. They receive them quickly, and usually have no trouble opening them and reviewing them on their computer or tablet! Pros Ease of use, makes emailing attachments easy! Updates seem to happen on a frequent basis, and that does reassure me that they’re constantly working to improve the program Pros There are just so many features with the paid version! We can sign contracts, fill out forms, create forms, and just about everything in between. For any and all needs related to online documents, we use Acrobat for its ease of use and the plethora of features. Cons So while it does have a wide array of features and is extremely stable, the pricing still isn’t the best. We have a CC subscription that comes with all the software, so that’s definitely nice. However, until about a year ago, I hadn't started utilizing some of its deeper features. It has more to offer than I thought. Pros This is the easiest and most accessible software to access .PDF or image files, as it is usable on all platforms I've come across. It can convert files to a variety of formats, which is helpful. The ability to scan documents with your phone's camera is extremely useful as well, which allows me to upload documents on the go. It's also easy to insert notes into the .PDF file and send it back to the original sender, which helps distant collaborative work efforts. Cons It is frustratingly difficult to edit documents. Other software I've used has made this as simple as selecting and editing whatever you need, but this makes it more complicated than that. If all you need to do is view and organize your PDF & image files, this is great. But, if you're looking to edit & make changes within this format, it can be more cumbersome than with other .PDF editing programs. The fast load times are especially important for my team, as it seems most of the alternatives take forever to load up. Cons Most of its useful features are locked behind the paywall, which is understandable, but it's a pricey pill to swallow when most of the time the only features we would use from the premium would be splitting and merging PDFs, which we can do for free with another tool. Pros The software is easy to use, It allows you to read, view and print free pdf documents and convert them into word documents, you can also make annotations on the text and It has tools very easy to use. It also allows you to add signatures to documents, which is perfect for businessmen and the general public. The software gives you a free trial period for the pro version, which lets you enjoy all the tools. Pros I use this daily at work, and the best function is the notes and highlighting tool. I am able to mark up a document with notes and highlight important lines of text so that they standout. I make notes for easy interpretations of legal documents so that when others are viewing they can easily understand what something is saying. This has saved a lot of time for others as they don't have to read several pages when they can just see what i have noted or highlighted instead as the important items.
