Hopefully when that time comes, I know to call customer service for help or an upgrade. Pros I like this software because it was not expensive and can be installed on students computers at school. The software shows good quality on the monitors and can clearly read the screen with out errors. Cons I didn’t like when I ordered and some of the staff didn’t think it was a good idea to use for students learning abilities. Connects to every kind of database and takes the data in an easy way. Oracle Enterprise Data Quality can be used for daily transmissions between software or for complete movement. Cons Profiling the data and understanding the software components is not very easy to define and analyze. For the support, every user needs to be registered for even reading a single (official) solution.
