Excellent service, feedback is listened to, solutions focused with options to resolve issues, good variety of material.

Pros

The support that is given by the team is second to none. They are always on hand to answer questions, give options and help to resolve any issues. The flexible approach is also valuable in that there are options for full modules, fast track (assess first) and short compliance bite videos

Cons

It would be good to have some variety of approach for the modules with a particular focus on neurodivergent colleagues. It would be good to have some video content in the fuller modules to mix up the delivery as it is quite formulaic

My overall experience with the software is fine. I would be interested in using it more if a company required me to do compliance training.

Pros

The software is easy to use and has many features including allowing companies to manage risk and compliance courses and training.

Cons

The reports could be less bulky and designed in a simpler way for better viewing, but there are many functions to use.

Pros

Easy to use overall. Customer service is responsive, very helpful and supportive whenever an issue arises

Cons

The training is UK oriented so has to be amended to reflect our location. Hard to distinguish between modules issued within a year on the MyLearning screen

Pros

The customer service is super efficient and friendly, I have spoken to \[sensitive content hidden\] and he always responds quickly and is always as helpful as can be!

Cons

I think the management console can be a bit tricky to navigate sometimes. e.g. editing modules

It can be somewhat confusing if you wish to build your own training modules however there is no cost to this.

Pros

Customer service manager \[sensitive content hidden\] is fantastic, he is always willing to help, definitely goes above and beyond his standard remit.

I find some of the interfaces are simple compared to other platforms like Thomas Reuters

Skillcast provides us with a one stop methodology of achieving regulatory compliance with the FCA training and competence rules. Its ease of use coupled with tremendous back up support is second to none and the benefit of having a dedicated Client Service Manager is priceless.

Pros

\- extensive range of packages - modules to fit every need - ease of set up, use, delivery and ongoing support - cost effective - satisfied our needs

Cons

\- some of the photo's used in the modules seem a little 'dated'

Reason for choosing Skillcast

Have used Skillcast at my last 4 companies and knew what to expect from a quality, cost and back office support perspective. There really was only one choice!
