I signed up for FullBay, got started, went through integrations, which was really awesome and everyone was super helpful, I had some promos on my trial subscription, which they tell you about and let you know you need to cancel them before the trial is up. the thing they neglect to tell you is when your trail is up unless you ask them, and they do not send out any reminders either. I went past my date and got a charge for well over $600, I am a single person managed small business and do not have that type of capital to throw away for a program that I don't use. I emailed immediately and tried to resolve the issue, they were able to cancel the subscription, but denied any refund, even though I hadn't used the service. I like their system, and I like how it works for the most part. But I will not be recommending this to anyone due to their inability to understand and work with people due to their own company policy. **Pros:** Great product and works well for the most part **Cons:** the ability for them to help you out. they are stuck by company policies and do not bend or even attempt to help their customers.
