Pros: A very simple and effective tool for computing monthly salary with auto attendance feature if you integrate it with Matrix bio metric device. Also the employee self service portal is awesome and linked to pay pack. leave management, payslips, bonus or statutory all can be computed with ease.
Cons: GUI can be made better and some features can be simplified. speed can be improvised.
