Pros

One portal to easily manage inventory and rates for all OTAs \[sensitive content hidden\] is very prompt in his replies, provides solutions timely and is always available on call. 5/5 stars for his service.

Cons

Tech related issues take a very long to solve. I had an issue which took 15+ business days and still no solution was given to me. That is one area of improvement. Mobile app can be made more user friendly.
