Till now its been excellent , whenever we have doubt they connect with us on call and help to clear the doubts. Mr. Ranjith Kumar has been a great help.

Pros

It gives detailed information and is helpful to understand the situation of the hotel and how we are progressing and how we can do better.

Cons

Its bit complicated to understand some channels however once a person understands can do better . If some channels can be done in a simple manner so it would be great as the staff members can understand.

My experience with AxisRooms was smooth for first few months. However faced issues since January 2024 until it was resolved in June 2024.

Pros

Customer support is quick and reverts faster.

Cons

Sometimes team takes more than 24hrs to resolve some issues.

Switched from

Whatever business problem I was trying to solve with this product isn't solved. On top of that it has become an overhead to manage one more product.

Pros

Overall, the quality of the product is mediocre. I have nothing good to say about this product. I have been a software engineer and business owner for over twenty years and worked for several reputed brands too. This software is nowhere close to being a mature product.

Cons

\- Not reliable- Too many "ifs" and "buts", which means you end up doing several tasks manually that this software claims to do for you.- The support team is clueless

Pricing was attractive, and the sales team was good. They disappeared once I paid the money though.

Very good. The customer support team are excellent, specially Daminni who is my account manager. They addressed an issue I was having with generating payment links for manual bookings and resolved the matter in a timely and professional manner

Easy interface, but could make updating availability a little more user friendly

Cons

When updating availability for future months after saving it goes back to current month

I chose Axis as I have been using the booking engine for some years satisfactory. I was recommended the channel manager by a colleague and it was my first choice seeing as I had good results with the booking engine

I am using AxisRooms Channel Manager almost 2 years. Overall I found Amazing. The support team are very much responsive and resolve issues in short period.

Pros

AxisRooms Channel Manager is one of the best channel manager I used in my career. The operating system is very simple and sync for new property takes 15 to 20 minutes. Almost all features are remarkable, specially – OTA Manager from one panel and GDS features.

Cons

AxisRooms Channel Manager performance is notable except few minor errors, such as – don’t have access to change extranet password of any OTA, need to approach support team.

Pros

Axisrooms is very a sophisticated channel manager that functions in correlations with Hotelogix, which is same company comes under Axisrooms and both functional in hand in hand, very supportive and helpful to drive our goals. Team are very supportive and dynamic.

Cons

So far all are fine, but not noticed that anything that I lack in Axisrooms, which I may report later.

Unlike most other Channel Manager's present in the market, AxisRooms allows for monthly billing and payment and ability to choose the required product, rather than buying the complete suite.

Cons

Have noted error syncing multiple times. Need to sync, every time we change the inventory. If a mapping is broken, we will not get any notification. IOS version is still not available.
