Cons

Costing , as i feel as an OTA , we should not be charged. We are a channel for selling and it is a beneficial for a channel manager to get connected with as many OTAs possible.

You are unable to find a solution for a technical glitch since past 3 months . The hotel is loosing revenue and reputation because of this and no action has been taken till date . Guest are arriving in the hotel and hotel has no ide about the booking since the booking vouchers or intimation mail are not sent to us , imagine this happening on sold out dates and guest travelling with kids are forced to face the trouble despite confirmed bookings . We are getting negative reviews from the guest for no mistake of us and your team keeps giving excuses very day when the issue is raised . As partner we are terribly disappointed with your technical side and for not acting promptly on such sensitive issues despite us cooperating to the best of our ability .

Pros

Wont suggest Axis room to anyone considering the trouble we are facing

Cons

Very poor technical team who cant find a solution for an ongoing issue despite 3 months .

The mobile app is a bit slow. Changing rates is a bit confusing while using the app. It can be improved.

It gives detailed information and is helpful to understand the situation of the hotel and how we are progressing and how we can do better.

Its bit complicated to understand some channels however once a person understands can do better . If some channels can be done in a simple manner so it would be great as the staff members can understand.

The inability to upload packages.The absence of Agent management. The absence of separating the Book Direct rates from the O.T.A. ratesThe absence of applying seasonal rates.

Its suggestion - when I am changing the rates i have to select room and meal plan again & again from dropdown menu that increasing time, if i am able to select room and meal plan then it will reduce the timing for example i have 04 category of room in my hotel I just want to increase the rate for CP plan then i select the all room and tick on the CP plan box and put the value 10% and save so it increase the rates for CP PLAN for all 04 category or i want to change the all the meal EP, CP , MAP for any room then i tick all meal plan box and select the room and save price.
