"An excellent app for a geographically dispersed field sales team. It has helped increase conversions"

Overall: Accountability has gone up in the team, which has had a positive impact on conversions and integrity of our pipeline data. We are able to achieve alignment between our company's strategy and the daily activities of the sales team. Our sales reps are getting immediate guidance - this is proving helpful especially for people who are mostly traveling. It has become much easier to roll out new initiatives.

Pros: It is very handy, fast and has a great user experience. I get very comprehensive analytics for every team member, and this has increased the transparency across the team. As a business, we do go through changes in what we track from time to time and we found that changing metrics to track is very easy - it takes less than 10 minutes to configure new metrics. Through this app, we have been able to operationalize the sales methodology we follow in Finstem. We have defined the key metrics of our sales methodology and configured early warnings for most important KPIs. The system then identifies which deal will most likely convert, which are risky, what mitigating actions to take and gives a daily action list for each sales rep. We have customized some of the recommendations based our organizations' knowledge and context. Over the past 6-7 months, we have seen almost a 40% increase in the number of sales reps meeting their sales targets. Our sales cycles have come down by about 30%.

Cons: From a pure sales CRM perspective, it needs some more features e.g. gmail and outlook needs to be integrated. They also need to launch the iOS version (I believe they are launching it very soon). They have a Sales Academy with great curated content but they need the ability to administer tests and quizzes.

"Futuristic, Flexible, and A Comprehensive Solution; Creating Significant Value "

Overall: The 19th Mile team has delivered beyond my expectations. They are driven by their passion to solve complex business problems and ensuring tangible outcomes for their clients. Problems Solved by 19th Mile - Streamlining of operations Effective Team Performance Management and Client Management Identification of Red Flags and improvement in our responsive time Decision making backed by sophisticated data analytics

Pros: Usability - User Friendly, Flexible, and Robust Features - Extensive data analytics and Customized Dashboard/Reports Creation capabilities Responsiveness - Almost real-time Support & Maintenance - Query resolution in less than 24 hours. The team has a very structured approach to resolve issues (if any) and ensures delivery within timelines.

Cons: Initially, the solution was compatible with Android only. Recently, they have launched IoS version as well. Looks good!

"19th Mile feed back "

Overall: Sales friendly, compatibility, MIS window and on the move convenience. For Both user and his reviewer.

Pros: User friendly and on the move convenience.

Cons: Sometime pretty slow. Recon is little haphazard at times.

"A state-of-art application which does the job perfectly"

Pros: A feature-rich application with clean UX journey for users. Good analytics offered by application make it different from its competition.

Cons: Looking forward to out of box integration with some of the leading CRM/ERP platforms. Also, an iOS is a must.

"The right sales-software for your business"

Overall: Right people to work with a solution oriented attitude, support system is quick and reliable. Being an administrator of the software made my life easy to constantly monitor every thing.

Pros: Transitioning to this software was seamless. Very easy to use, for a sales guy updates & documentation is a constant hassle. Working with 19th mile has helped to ease that by just logging in to the app and updating activities in seconds. Real-time updates and in-depth analysis has just boosted the process and success rate!

Cons: Some minor updates and tweaks required in the web version but app is an absolute delight!

"A perfect epitome of excellence in terms of the features. Very simple yet attractive UI."

Pros: 19th Mile team has done a great job in bridging one of the most common gaps between the business and sales user. The kind of Analytics and dashboards it provides is something very useful and efficient for the business. Also there are some features, like 'Coaching module', which we get as Out of the box functionality.

Cons: Compatibility with only Android OS. Also would like to have the feasibility of integrating 19th Mile to different applications.

"Very useful, easy to use & helpful for any business user where you need to track leads/tasks. "

Overall: It helped me in enhancing my business to a great extent.

Pros: Couple of things like tracking the leads very well, sending reminders as per next follow up meeting and sending meeting invites to client through this app.

Cons: I am not sure but sometimes feel that this application consumes more battery while running in background.

"An effective way to manage my sales pipeline."

Pros: It is easy to use and pretty and fast in terms of loading It automates my routine day to day tasks Notifies and updates me with latest features and progress.

Cons: Too much information is given on a single page. It can be channelized and segregated on different pages.
