Overall, Intelli Catalog has made ordering parts a lot easier and faster. It gives me confidence that I’m ordering the right parts, and it’s taken a lot of stress out of the process. It’s become a tool I rely on every day, and I’d recommend it to anyone looking to make parts ordering easier.

Pros

I really love the illustrations in Intelli Catalog – they make it so simple to find the exact part I need without second-guessing. It’s a huge relief to see everything clearly before placing an order, knowing I’m picking the right part every time. Plus, being able to use it on my phone means I can access parts info and order from anywhere, even when I’m out on the floor. And the best part? The catalog is always up-to-date with the latest parts and prices, so I don’t have to worry about outdated information causing delays.

Cons

The setup took a little time, especially getting all the custom options set up just right. It’s packed with features, which is great, but a bit of guidance or training can really help for new users to get comfortable with everything. Once I got the hang of it, though, it’s been smooth sailing.

It’s an essential tool for any aftersales team looking to streamline their workflow and keep things running smoothly.

Pros

As an Aftersales Manager, I can honestly say that Intelli Catalog has made our job so much easier. The real-time updates are a huge advantage—we’re never working with outdated information, and that means faster service for our customers. The 3D illustrations have been a game-changer, making it so simple to find exactly what we need, even for those tricky parts that aren't easily identified. Plus, having the mobile app is a big win. Our team can pull up the catalog on-site, which has saved us a ton of time and improved our response to customer requests.

Cons

I’ll admit, there was a bit of a learning curve when we first rolled it out. The system has so many features that it took some time for everyone to get comfortable. But after some practice, it became second nature, and now we can’t imagine going back to our old system.

Pros

As an Aftersales Manager, what I love most about Intelli Catalog is how it has completely transformed how our team manages parts. The 3D illustrations are incredibly helpful—our technicians no longer need to guess or rely on vague descriptions.
