Pros: I love that it syncs with your calendar, since most of my day is spent in meetings! Then I can just approve the times at the end of the day, which can usually be done in less than one minute.

Cons: It still is learning my browser behavior, so most of the time I have to go in and manually change what my time was spent on when I'm not in meetings.

Thoughtful design, balance of automation and manual uinput, considers all team members

Pros: - Wiggle cards on My Timesheet to drag and drop. Great design that makes the experience more delightful.
- Project Dashboard. Clear reporting visuals, and sorting by day, week, month
- Clusters similar tasks I've worked on, gives me ability to still manually enter time if AI missed it
- Easy to navigate through tabs and switch from Me to Company

Cons: - Sales process: Give teams only features they need and remove ones that aren't needed (yet)
- Set up: Lack of Org rollout plan. 1. Managers 2. Members 3. Team
- Onboarding: Lack of Educational overlays/tutorial video

My experience has been a straight forward way to easliy track my time working.

Pros: I like the ease of use. I work as a Video editor and I sit down at my computer and Allocate starts doing its thing without getting in the way of what I need to do.

Cons: Being able to submit time sheets and add new projects that I'm not currently on thru mobile app would be a great add on.

Pros: I love how Allocate automatically tracks what I'm working on at a granular level and then lets me see a summary of how I'm spending my time!

Cons: Categorizing exactly what I'm working on isn't always perfect so there is a bit more work to do there but overall works well.

Allocate has made time tracking so much easier for our small creative agency!

Pros: Allocate takes much of the work of time tracking off of my shoulders, allowing me to go back and fill in details when I have time. Creative agencies are notorious for the sprint pace that's often required on client projects, so often, time tracking was something that directly took away from critical time on client work. With Allocate, I know that I don't have to scribble notes frantically to keep track of my hours.

Cons: It did take a little adjustment to understand how to best use Allocate - mostly, as it learned what my tasks were and how to group them on projects. After that, smooth sailing.

Allocate has been a great resource for not only time tracking but project support within our agency!

Pros: Intuitive, organized, visually appealing and functional. Customer support is always helpful and has solved all of our questions so far.

Cons: If we change our process, it does take time to align in the software as it learns the new process. But all in all not many complaints here! There are some small technical errors we have encountered with Archiving, but nothing major!

Pros: We were using another solution that required our team do all the work and we were constantly nagging people. Now with Allocate, their software helps our team just drag and drop most of their meetings and work into the right place and it's done!

Cons: There's no offline support yet for users to enter time entries while disconnected from the Internet, but this isn't a huge issue for us.

Intuitive and easy to learn.

Pros: We've been using Allocate for several months now and the transition from our previous time tracking software has been seamless. Customer services is very helpful and friendly often responding to chats right away.

Cons: My only complaint was not being able to un-submit a days worth of data once submitted, but this is no longer an issue and you can do just that.

Overall: Easy of use!

Allocate has been an easy, well designed, and proactive tool for our team to use daily.

Pros: As a project manager, there are a couple of things I really like about this tool from a team and project management standpoint. First, its a tool that my team can have running in the background - so it saves them a lot of time that could be wasted trying to track their own time or catch up on time tracking. It also allows me to access their records and assist with their time sheets if they don't have time to do it themselves! This is great for when my team members are swamped or traveling to shoots or conferences. Secondly, I love the additional features, like having the ability to enter different financial information for each team member (such as their internal and external rates). This really helps my teams stick to budgets and know our overall internal team costs.

Cons: Navigation through my account hasn't been quite as easy as I hoped. Since I'm having to grab total amounts of time spent for individuals, projects, or clients, I'd love for it to be a little easier to access that information. This is my number one goal, and it may be my fault, but I haven't always been able to find what I'm looking for.

Pros: The behind-the-scenes tracking was incredibly useful to our team. Allocate AI was quite adept at pre-filling project and jobs. We're a team of creatives who aren't always the most diligent with our time sheets, so Allocate was an easy-to-use solution for storing project information and reconciling hours.

Cons: To be expected, the beta had its bugs, but nothing that deterred me from re-installing once the software plugin was fixed. I did think that having to sign back in on each system restart was slightly inconvenient. Would've been nice for it to have been stored.

Overall: Fewer hours lost on timesheets. The automatic tracking has been so exact and painless for our team to use. It's allowing us to better estimate how long our project process actually takes start to finish.

Allocate has been nothing short of a miracle for day and time tracking!

Pros: Simple easy to use and the customer service is beyond amazing. They folks at allocate truly do whatever they can to help your business see where time is being spent and allocated.

Cons: Hard to say for this one. Nothing comes to mind for me at the moment. But perhaps the need for more integrations with project management. But it¿s really hard to beat the simplicity of where they are at now!
