The certificates are easy to share on multiple platforms. Cons It was a bit challenging setting up for the first time. Switched from [TalentLMS](https://www.capterra.com/p/132935/TalentLMS/) The original certificates from TalentLMS did not meet our requirements and were hard to share. Pros We were able to turn over a time consuming daily task to Accredible and it has not only worked as needed, but has added features to our offerings for learners that we always wanted but never implemented because it would have taken even more of our time. Pros Is very friendly for those who don't now how to make big software operations, so interactive. It helps me a lot when I need to send a block of certificates, looking around with the designs, etc. Cons It's a little bit tricky when i upload the data in excel formats. Sometimes doesn't read the data, show as error messages, etc. But, it not happens when the administrator do that, only with members. (ie. social media, templates, etc.). Pros When selecting Accredible it was great having the option to use before you buy. This allowed us to put it to the test to make sure it hit all the marks of what we needed to meet our business model. Cons When uploading a large quantity of information, it sometimes is slow and you are not clear that it is process the material. We migrated our learners over to Badgr, and while no system is perfect, we feel that it is a better solution for our needs. Pros Accredible is a respected and established brand in the digital credentials space which is what led us to select it initially. It integrated directly with our Thinkific platform, which made it a no-brained. We found that it was straightforward to set up and the online help documentation was adequate. Cons Accredible has some limitations and quirks. It had some downtime, during which some of our users were not awarded badges. After that downtime it seemed to lose some functionality: it no longer integrated personalization features, and was only sporadically notifying admin of badges awarded. Also, despite our investment of just under $1000 for the year, we were dismayed that our users could not fully share their badges out to LinkedIn. We would have had to go up to the nondescript “enterprise” level. Reasons for choosing Accredible We were impressed by its brand standing and list of high profile clients. In the past, we have used Accredible to certify the users of our MES product for apparel industry. Pros 1.) In a matter of minutes, you can have your digital certificates ready. 2.) Get rid of the expense of paper certificates. 3.) If your certification is only valid for a specified period of time, you must be able to revoke existing certificates or cause them to expire at a predetermined time. 4.) Time savings associated with the creation of a professional certificate template. Cons 1.) The pricing would be somewhat pricey. 2.) Not suitable for Non-Profit organizations. Then after an year or so, we integrated Accredible deeper in LMS - everywhere where certificates show. We're using it for our online Academy (AutomationAcademy), for training-led courses, for internal compliance courses and even used it for webinars / online summit. Each day we see shared posts in LinkedIn with our certificates and looks like we have very good conversion to social networks due Accredible. Pros \- Intuitive UI, fast learning - Exporting features (to Excel etc) - Certificates design - Quick stats / numbers in analytics - Marketing numbers - LI/Twitter shares - Groups - different access levels - open, hided Cons \- Emails - we'd prefer to connect it to our marketing software to send emails out.
