To find phone numbers I have to move to from the calendar. The price is high compared to other platforms. Cannot access telehealth using patients phone number. Ever since the “upgrade “ to Plus, the prescription service is a headache , such that on several occasions, the patients medications have not been listed because they have been automatically “discontinued “ leading to , at least on two occasions, medication errors. On one occasion, I was told to call the prescription service myself. Further, Inovalon support is there, but sometimes I just get lip service. Pros Access to customer service is very good and when navigating ICANOtes + , very helpful. They spent a good amount of time and followed up on things. Cons It’s incredibly costly and the prescription service is not well integrated . The portal service was cumbersome. The calendar service has “accept “ and “decline” almost touching each other so a patient accidentally pushed decline. He showed me.
