Is user friendly, modern, up to date and progressive and comprehensive. **Pros:** I like the ease of accessibility. The ability to tailor the EMR to meet the demands of your practice and clientele. The dedicated support and the feasibility of integrating information to the patient record and chart. **Cons:** when the EMR is down and notification of this event can be timelier and wait time for enquiries can be cumbersome. Again the only delay is when in account waiting for records to load before proceeding to update. **Pros:** I find ICA notes user friendly and adaptable to all all aspects of my job function in the Behavioral health Realm. I have worked on other EHR systems and this is by far the best system. **Cons:** When records are loading in an account, and I am unable to proceed until the records are completed.
