I, for the most part loved it. Easy to install but, the team didn't like some of the options or thought there weren't enough options.

Pros

I liked payment processing, receipt uploaded, flight booking, and user interface. Easy to install.

Cons

I would say the learning curve was bad for some of the team. They were not picking up how to use some features.

Almost always fantastic! I love the customer support!!

Pros

The ease of the website, the help functions and not having to go back and forth with an agent all the time. You can see things in real time, booking is right away and the cost is right there to compare!

Cons

In the hotel section, you can't read reviews of the properties, so I often go to my phone to check reviews.

One of the reasons was the 24 hour support from TravelPerk.

One of the major reasons we switched was the hotels that were supposed to be prepaid were not prepaid and the guests were then at the hotel having to pay for rooms that they thought were already pre paid.

I had a trip of 2 flights and 2 train tickets. In the return, I decided to not use the train, then I cancelled the ticket one day before in order to get the refund. The price of the train ticket was 21.70 euros. At no moment I received any kind of warning about any fees regarding this cancellation. Then I cancelled. Only later, I saw in the platform that a 39 euros FlexiPerk fee was charged and I wasn't not warned anytime. That's absurd for a platform to have such shady behavior. In what world a person would pay 39 euros to have a refund of 21? The platform lacks honesty and clarity with its users. I talked through the chat and they said it's part of their policies and nothing could be done. So they should review their policies or at least be transparent warning the users if they really want to pay to cancel anything on an order.

Pros

The platform is simple and intuitive, easy to search.

Cons

The dishonesty in its policies and the lack of transparency.

Perk is a well-designed spend management platform, but it’s better suited for larger or more complex teams. For smaller teams, it can feel like overkill despite its strong automation features.

Pros

Perk does a great job centralizing trip expenses and invoices into one platform. I liked the idea of setting up employees, rules and policies once and having everything flow automatically without duplicate data or manual follow-ups so I tried it out for my small team

Cons

For my team, the tool felt like more than we needed. With a smaller team and fewer expense workflows, we didn’t fully benefit from the automation and structure Perk offers.

Pros

Having everything connected, flights and hotels is key not to waste time or money when managing corporate travel expenses

Cons

Sometimes, booking flights directly through TravelPerk can be a bit overpriced. You just need to check, let them know and price gets adjusted to be competitive

Pros

We love the tool.Value for money is good.Implementation was fast & easy.It is super easy to use by everyone!

Cons

Need to add a more complex approval workflow -we would like to have more than one approver & decide which workflow to use based on more parameters.

Slick, easy and well thought out. Apple wallet integration is a game changer.

Pros

It’s ease of combining all elements of a trip together. Being able to book multiple trains and hotels at the same time is a huge time saver.

Cons

Sometimes the actual booking takes time to process but it’s a minor problem. It would be ideal as a network administrator if it could be set up to send a weekly report of international travel so that our IT team can use that data to adjust conditional access to ensure travellers have network access without having to raise a separate support desk ticket.

Travelperk makes finalizing traveling plans for our employees efficient, simple, and timely. Having employees in multiple states the need for easy is a must.

Cons

The platform also feels clunky at times, with a confusing user interface that makes navigation frustrating. Prices aren't always the best available, and I’ve noticed hidden fees that only appear later in the booking process. Additionally, TravelPerk doesn’t always integrate smoothly with certain airlines or hotel systems, which leads to inconsistencies.

Personally, I used this program very useful when I went on a business trip. I used transportation well without any problems with my schedule.

Cons

Personally, it was a really good program when I went on a business trip, but when the number of people was added, the complexity increased a little and it was a pity that individuals could not be set. Except for this, it was a perfect program.

It's a good tool for managing travel expenses for bigger teams, it saves a lot of time for HR/Finance teams but at the same time the experience for users is not the greatest as the platform has issues.

Good selection of hotels/travel options, easy to access all relevant information (price, description, details).

Spending very few time arranging perfectly my weekly trips is a huge advantage in terms of time and money for me and my company.

Pros

The easiness of usage, from PC and mobile phone. So good to get such a quick flights overview, combined with a real time booking for cars and hotels as well. Good also that all loyalty cards/numbers area automatically loaded!

Cons

Perhaps more reaction from customer service by suggesting other routes once you have a massive delay/situation on a flight

I work for a small company and I always make urgent and last minute bookings for clients and staff. I am so impressed with the ease and efficiency Travelperk has to offer. We are able to book flights and hotels with ease.

Pros

Travel perks is great for small to medium size businesses that make group travel bookings easy to manage and saves time and money.

Cons

I did not find any flaws. I am happy with everything that they offer. I would not change a thing

Cons

Customer support never resolves issues during live calls, but 100% say we'll get back to you via email without giving an estimate of when. (despite being asked to provide estimates)

I very much enjoy the ease of travel management using TravelPerk. With a couple of clicks, my whole trip is settled, and I don't have to pay for it - my company does it for me directly.

Pros

The greatest thing about TravelPerk for me is that I don't need to pay for my business trips on my own and then get reimbursed. I also enjoy the option to use Concierge when a TravelPerk team member books a trip for me using my Airbnb account as a third party. It's great that I don't need to do anything really - just check-in and enjoy my stay.

Cons

Sometimes the prices shown on the Map search do not match the actual prices shown further on the hotel tab.

I do not have to pay out of pocket, gain approval manually, and wait to be reimbursed for travel costs. I am able to book and manage all travel and lodging through the app quickly and easily and transparently for my company to see.

Pros

I am pleased with the hotel, train, and flight options available in all locations for booking. I like that I can do all of this through the app.

Cons

I don’t like that once booked, a ticket for the airline or train is not emailed to me.

I absolutely love TravelPerk! It was a super easy implementation and easy to use as an end-user.

Pros

User experience is just like that of an Expedia or Kayak. So easy to use and filter flights or hotels just to see exactly what you want to be available. The ability to change plans is super easy and can be done from the app. Administrative abilities are super easy as well! Oh it's also SUPER CHEAP!

Cons

The thing i like the least is that it is a European software so everything is in 24 hours and Euros and that has to be changed by the individual in their settings. i receive more questions about that than I do anything else. I wish I could just go in and fix for them.

Reason for choosing Perk

Integrated with Divvy (new P-Card provider), super easy interface, and cheap
