What I like the most is the customer service. Super fast and efficient, i've only had good experiences when I needed to request support. Cons It could be a bit confusing when we select a flight and its price changes along the process. Pros Easy booking journey. Excellent mobile iOS app with helpful notifications. I particularly like the chat feature that can be found directly on your booking, which allows the agent to know precisely which booking your have a query on. Just a super slick product. Cons Cannot seem to book Eurostar travel, which I was considering for a trip so had to opt for flying.
