It's easy to use, intuitive, and has a clean layout. It provides a lot of useful information to consider when booking travels. Cons This is the only software of its kind that I've used, so I have nothing to compare it to in order to identify areas for improvement. Something that I would be happy to see, however, is a location comparison of hotels relative to the point of arrival - I found myself doing this manually on Google Maps, so it could be helpful to already have that integrated in the software. Cons If I do have to say something i would say need to ask for train tickets and some hotel that are not on the tool (Yet); and not a big Cons, just something that is being improved. It's super easy to use and customer service have been quick to respond to any notes and questions about my bookings. Out work travel used to be a real headache and relied on last minute bookings so TravelPerk have been a game-changer for us. Cons Sometimes itinerary/confirmation emails are slow. I can filter them by some parameters. Choice of hotels is good as well. It gives me advices if some prices are out of my company policy Cons Suggested me a hotel which supposed to be in 300 meters from our office. But in real it was in 9 km. (I've booked several flights priorly so I'm not talking from just a bad experience.) Pros \- It is easy to use - Well Organized invoices Cons \- Customer support is not able to handle issues. I reached out to them countless times and they kept telling me to wait for the situation to get solved. This didn't happen - I had two flight cancellations but their dashboard didn't update. October 11, 2022 5.0 Pros TravelPerk is very easy to use, also for clerks not so used to business trips. The integration with the Company's intranet processes is very good. The choice for travel solutions is sufficiently wide. Cons Not all the hotels that can be found on Google Maps are included in TravelPerk search engine. The software is very practical and user-friendly and thus does not require high-tech skills to navigate it, which I find as an important plus. It was easy to use. The booking was completed in a short period of time. Pros It is easy to login and use for my hotel booking Cons As from now, there is nothing that I did not like about the software. I have not encountered difficulties using it and completing my booking. I have a great experience. Great UI and convenient UX. Thanks for the great product! Cons Two things that caught my attention: 1. First seeing the list of possible flight options was a bit overwhelming - having 400+ options do select from is great but was a bit difficult to navigate due to the excessive amount of information. 2. Too little information about the hotel. I had to go to Booking.com to find more details and photos of my accommodation.
