Especially for large trips with lots of tickets / costs. Pros Not having to use expenses and being able to book multiple tickets for colleagues. Cons Not being able to select multiple starting locations in one trip (colleagues travelling from different start points) Seat reservations not always working. The booking process is always fast, smooth and even if I have any questions I know they will be answered quickly in the chat function. And that I can see what is in and out of policy quickly so I can finalize my plans with ease is also appreciated. Cons I found it easy to use, perhaps what could be improved is that corporate deals were listed higher than the travel perk's special deals. But other than that, it's pretty intuitive.
