The answer from the customer support were in general very rapid. Further more the software it is very easy to use because it is very similar to other known software ( like Skyscanner) Cons The only problem that I found was about hotel research. Cons After a price change for a particular flight between the approval request submission and the approval attempt, the travel request is dropped and user is notified "flight no longer available" despite being the exact same flight just different price.
