### "Ein super Reisemanagementtool"

Mit Perk konnten wir unser Reisemanagement zentralisieren. Statt wie früher die Belege von 40–60 Mitarbeiter-Kreditkarten abzurechnen, haben wir nun alles zentral in einer monatlichen Rechnung. Wir haben den "Sammelservice" für Rechnungen gebucht, das heißt, wir bekommen wirklich auch alle Hotelrechnungen und Flugrechnungen monatlich zur Verfügung gestellt – das Hinterherrennen bei Mitarbeitern oder Hotels entfällt. Durch das "Voucher"-System bei Mietwagen und die Abrechnung über Perk muss niemand mehr mit der eigenen Kreditkarte zahlen, wir können alles über eine Abrechnung laufen lassen. Wir haben ~250 Reisen pro Jahr und hatten in 1,5 Jahren bei nur 2 Reisen Probleme mit der Zahlung, die aber auch gelöst werden konnten. Die Mitarbeiter können die Plattform intuitiv verwenden, hier gibt es keine Probleme. Die Rechtevergabe und Reiserichtlinien sind ausreichend und helfen enorm. Durch die Reiserichtlinien können wir etwa den Geschäftsführern den Freigabeprozess oder auch die Budgetlimits ersparen. Der Support steht allen kostenfrei zur Verfügung und hilft auch bei Buchungen oder Problemen während der Reise, beispielsweise wenn ein Flug ausfällt oder bei der Buchung doch mal etwas vergessen wurde (Buchung von Gepäck). Jeder Supportmitarbeiter ist befähigt, solche Probleme sofort zu lösen, daher wird nichts "weitergeleitet". In einem Fall bei uns wurde zwischen Buchung und Übertragung zur Fluggesellschaft oben genanntes Gepäck vergessen und war "nicht gebucht". Der Mitarbeiter hat beim Boarding mit Perk telefoniert und nach 5 Minuten konnte er mit Gepäck boarden. So muss Unterstützung aussehen. Ich kann Perk zu 1000 % weiterempfehlen.

Pros

Wir nutzen Perk im Unternehmen für das komplette Reisemanagement. Dabei war für mich wirklich der entscheidende Punkt, dass ich hier einfach ein Konto komplett einrichten und sofort nutzen konnte, lange bevor jemand aktiv Kontakt zu mir aufgebaut hat. Dadurch hatte ich einen guten Überblick, ob Perk für unsere Zwecke dienlich ist. Das Account-Management und der Support sind für mich absolut hervorzuheben. Jede bisherige Situation wurde von den beiden Teams gelöst, meist innerhalb eines Anrufs oder Chats. Das gibt ein gutes Gefühl der Sicherheit, was bei reisenden Mitarbeitern wirklich wichtig ist.

Cons

Wir nutzen Perk nun über 1,5 Jahre im Unternehmen und es fällt mir wirklich schwer, Negatives zu finden. Wenn ich mich jetzt zwingend festlegen müsste: Mir fehlen ein paar Integrationen, wie zum Beispiel zu unserem HR-System (HR Works).

Pros

Perk è uno strumento molto utile per la gestione dei benefit aziendali, con un’interfaccia semplice e intuitiva. Facilita l’accesso ai servizi da parte dei dipendenti e permette all’azienda di centralizzare diverse tipologie di benefit in un’unica piattaforma. Ho apprezzato in particolare la facilità di utilizzo e la varietà delle opzioni disponibili.

Cons

Alcune funzionalità potrebbero essere più personalizzabili, soprattutto per aziende con esigenze specifiche. Inoltre, l’offerta di alcuni servizi può variare e non essere sempre allineata alle aspettative di tutti gli utenti.

Usiamo Travel Perk in azienda da circa 6 mesi, i tempi di prenotazione sono stati completamente assorbiti dalla piattaforma, il workflow approvativo è intuitivo e sicuro, il pagamento garantito ed effettuato in anticipo direttamente dall'azienda, così l'utente finale non deve più anticipare somme di denaro mentre viaggia.

Pros

Autonomia completa a tutti gli utenti interni all'azienda, workflow approvativo immediato e sicuro, possibilità di inserire un back up approvativo.

Cons

Per ora nessun aspetto negativo -

Pros

Travelperk makes finalizing traveling plans for our employees efficient, simple, and timely. Having employees in multiple states the need for easy is a must.

Cons

The platform also feels clunky at times, with a confusing user interface that makes navigation frustrating. Prices aren't always the best available, and I’ve noticed hidden fees that only appear later in the booking process. Additionally, TravelPerk doesn’t always integrate smoothly with certain airlines or hotel systems, which leads to inconsistencies.

Hotelauswahl nicht so bequem wie auf Buchungsplattformen wie booking.com Problem bei Flugbuchungen, dass bei zu lang ausstehender Validierung der Flug "weg" ist und alles neu beantragt werden muss

In general terms I'm a common user, and I have to say that my experience during these 5 years is very positive. I have no complains about the user experience, the rates, the customization, the support team. I booked trips for individual employees, groups and myself, and the experience has been always positive.

Pros

The user experience is very positive: the navigation, the steps when you create an event, a trip, when you invite a new user or archive an old one. Is very easy to complete your settings and deploy your company policies and approval steps.There's a special kudos for the support team: changes, cancellations, time modifications, dates, upgrades... all these are very common, but the support team is always there to help you by chat, by email and they always have a solution.

Cons

Basically, there's nothing to complain about. THe product is always growing, the product team is available to receive comments and chat about new features and impressions. Your agent manager is available 100% and you can ask all that you need.

I used travel perk for several years. I was in charge of implementing it in my company and create the travel policies and self service process. Before that we used traditional agencies and we had 2 people fully focus on booking trips. Once I implemented Travel perk we did a self service process and those 2 people were able to put their work on something more valuable

Maybe the billing section was not as good as other parts. For example, once we had credit in our favor but I was able to see how I was expending that credit and I had to ask the account manager all the time

Always was a positive experience even when issues arose. Always found what I wanted or better, from having transitioned to other mediums for professional transit, moving to TP was a great deal for all users (and I assume related managers). Seemingly better value for money, but certainly smoother operations for us users.

Pros

\-Customer Support ! Always professional, quick and actually supportive. Cases are handled with care and depth. CS sometimes proactively reaches out. -Smooth and user friendly.

Cons

\-I have experienced hotels being listed although they do not use TravelPerk

Pros

It's very easy to use. It's 100% free and fills its promises. Flight and hotel rates are aligned with those you could find on google, except it's all in one place (no need to scroll flight company + hotels.com, + ...) It's possible to either have your company charged monthly, no charge for the traveler (very relevant to Europeans) It's also possible to have your travelers pay with their credit card if that's their favorite choice (very relevant to Americans). As a European-American company, this is precious. Also, invoices are always crystal clear, no secret fees, no tons of extra little money invoices for whatever. It's all gathered under the trip ID (fees, refunds) and very easy to figure out. My accountant approves. Yet a pro (that has a Con side): all prices are the lowest available. This is great as I am totally relaxed about finding the best available rates for every request.

Cons

\- No trains on the tool. Europeans books a lot of trains. - Approval workflow wasn't satisfying and lead us to purchase a different tool just for approval workflows. - It's always the "lowcost/low service" rate, which means no luggages, no flex, no modification, and when travelling business, that's an issue (because business travelers need flexibility at some level.) If I want the "semi-flex" rate, which in most flight companies will allow the ticket to be modified with a reasonable fee, I have to ask offline : send a mail, request the ticket, wait for answer, discuss my choice, confirm ; and then only will it be booked. When trying to book a flight, every minute counts, so this is HUGE con.

It's a good tool for managing travel expenses for bigger teams, it saves a lot of time for HR/Finance teams but at the same time the experience for users is not the greatest as the platform has issues.

Pros

Good selection of hotels/travel options, easy to access all relevant information (price, description, details).

Cons

Platform has a few glitches when it comes to the actual booking and that can be quite frustrating as an user.

A super easy answer to quick business travel arrangements. TravelPerk have provided a very personal service to our business and for that we are very grateful - they really have become partners and that aligns them far more with the more traditional corporate travel agent without the heavy price tag. We book a lot of very difficult travel itineraries and TravelPerk is always happy to step in and put in the grunt work which saves me a huge amount of time. Customer service is very accessible and very good and when I am away from the office they are always happy to pick up my travel bookings on behalf of my colleagues, which is way beyond the call of duty. Their offices are filled with very enthusiastic staff who are clearly happy to work in such a fab environment.

Pros

Our business has been utilising TravelPerk for well over a year now. From the very start they bent over backwards to ensure that we had the support and assistance we needed. The software is super easy to use, my favourite part is that the price on the front end matches what you pay at check out - many of these platforms are misleading with their prices which is frustrating for a busy Office Manager. Easy to set up new people, cost centres, policies and to monitor travel spend.

Cons

I do wish we could earn rewards on hotels. A more extensive mobile app would be very useful.

We have had non stop issues. Booking requests taking weeks to be confirmed. Booked flights being canceled and receiving no notice from the Travelperk on need to change days. Hotels being confirmed and paid for on the Travelperk end and not actually being confirmed our paid for by the 3rd party platforms like Booking, or Hotelbeds being used by TravelPerk. Flight modifications request taking days to process. Customer Service is basically worthless. I've had to hound our account rep to get anything resolved.

Pros

The back end of setting up travel policies and tracking travel is decent.

Cons

Too many to list. Trip confirmations have taken us up to 5 days to receive (that after hounding our server reps). Good luck getting help from a competent customer service rep if you have to modify a trip or if you have a issue like they never actually booked or paid for your hotel like they confirmed. This site has turned into a nightmare for our employee travelers and I would caution anyone considering. Their service is so unreliable and plain bad.

Spending very few time arranging perfectly my weekly trips is a huge advantage in terms of time and money for me and my company.

Pros

The easiness of usage, from PC and mobile phone. So good to get such a quick flights overview, combined with a real time booking for cars and hotels as well. Good also that all loyalty cards/numbers area automatically loaded!

Cons

Perhaps more reaction from customer service by suggesting other routes once you have a massive delay/situation on a flight

It is a fabulous software as it helps save time and also on expenses as you are able to see the different options available. It also helps to improve on planning and at the same time ensures that employees are within the company policy

Customer service and how they reach out to you in instances of travel emergency eg theft of passport, missing flight etc Quick response to travel updates that need quick adjustments Clear information on each step taken on the platform and also the stage of the request in the company approval process

TravelPerk causes problems, costs more, for less flexibility. There is NOTHING to recommend them.

Pros

I cannot think of anything this service and software do well. Been trying to use it for over a year.

Cons

Inflexibility during travel. As a business traveler, my needs constantly change while I am traveling. TravelPerk makes this impossible. If you need to make a change, they will get back to you in 3 to 5 DAYS. So, if you then try to contact the airline or hotel directly, you can't change it because TravelPerk bought your ticket.

I've used TravelPerk for at least 4 or more international business trips. The whole experience was completely seamless and there was no worries about connecting flights, trains or any ticketing issues, it was all sorted within the platform.

Pros

Searching for different modes of transport, including trains, planes, etc all in one seamless platform. It also reduces back and forth internal messaging for approval, and reduces manual expense reporting, plus means I can book travel and hotels using company accounts without needing direct approval or a company card.

Cons

I can't really think of anything – it's a genuinely brilliant platform.

I really like how easy it is to to use. I need to use the phone app more, but as I have everything I need off the desktop version, I typically don't need to, but what I do like now is the app alerts me with gate information and reminders of flights/trips.

Pros

With little training on the use, it was very easy to pick up the knowledge on how to use the TravelPerk tool. Easy to search for flights and hotels and keep track of my travel.

Cons

I need to use the phone app more, but so far all features have helped manage my travel with ease.

overall the tool has been a great discovery, i think is one of the best platform for travel management, and the in depth analytics allow for an efficient cost control

Pros

the tool is very easy to use both from admin and user side, but the customer support is the real deal here. Both the commercial and the technical support available from the platform are irreplaceable

sometimes travels failed to be completed due to seats being already taken, is a minior issue but one i hope travelperk will be able to fix soon

Pros

I have paid for what I was told was a weeks accommodation at a range of hotels but I can’t get a location nor dates and the deal offers 3 days only. Not what was advertised. Also boho cruises are few and impossible to get, especially for front line staff when leave is not flexible. A complete waste of time and money.

Can’t even use the money I have paid, feels like a scam

La promesse est bonne et pourrait être un très bon outils si ils ne mentaient pas sur leur offre et si le service client était disponible

Cons

Attention entreprise malhonnête. Changent leur politique commericale en cours de route après votre onboarding et le service client n'est absoluement pas disponible. A fuir si vous cherchez une plateforme pour gérer vos voyage d'entreprise.

Takes the hassle out of finding and reserving travel. Most importantly saves valuable time when arriving and leaving your destination as the payment and booking is all taken care of!

Pros

TravelPerk takes all of the hassle and unknows out of booking travel. It is clear to see the company policies and navigate the system to view only travel within the corporate policy. The approval workflow means I can see when my trip has been approved and I have the ability to add a PO number to the booking. On arrival at the hotel it made the check in and check out process very simple, quick and efficient.

Cons

I had to chase up the approval as it said my booking was sent for approval but I had no reply for a few days. It would be good if the approval persons name is there so I know who to chase. Maybe also a reminder (if there isn't already) to the person who approves after say 24/48hrs.

Great it took a lot of pressure for me as I was expecting to find everything by myself however travelperk made it more accessible and the information provided is awesome I was informed and reminded about stuff even before time which when doing large flights is highly appreciated

My experience was great. I had all the information I needed from the beginning. never had any issue

Cons

At the end when trying to make the check in I consulted a part in the app that summarized everything but the flight number. However this was just a minor issue as I only had to close the window to view more information about my flight
