I've never had issues with any reservation despite of travelling very often. Customer service reacted immediately when I was left on ground in Belgium by airline cancellation. Even it was at 1 am in the morning, they booked a hotel for me and make the situation less stressful. Very satisfied with Travelperk! Pros It's very easy to use to build the trips, the addition of hotel reward cards was a plus Cons Some hotels availabilty, not easy to find roundtrips with 2 airlines. Pros It is easy to use when it come to pick your flight and book it. Cons You can find flights in google and not in the system, which can give use loosing money. Costumer support was not good, very slowly and a lot of the time got an answer that nothing can be done. Cons \- There is no search by airport acronym. - The home page is too simple and lacks a section for alerts or important information. - The home page could have links to quick help, FAQ or similar. Pros I find TravelPerks easy to use when booking travel for multiple people, or for trips that require multiple locations or services (such as hotels, transportation, etc) Cons I have found that it occasionally difficult to compare flight pricing information across multiple airlines. November 7, 2022 5.0 Pros Given how there are almost no boundaries today, being able to book travel online through the company you work for is essential. Travelperk allows just that. I've used it through my company and through an event organizer when I was invited to speak. Flawless experience beginning to end . Cons It might be that I don't know how to do this, but I've tried searching for stays where I been before through TP and it doesn't bring them back. If there's another way to find those, then I don't know it :) but it would be great to see Hotel Goldmarie in Berlin as a first result when I search for it, instead of using it as a starting point. I manage a lot of our events, and this convenient service helps me to work much more efficiently. Cons I'd love to see more quick and easy ways to contact support if a complex problem occurs, which can be a hassle with slow email threads or by bouncing around in support by phone. It was easy to use, very intuitive and TravelPerk even suggested the train to the center of where I was going. When I contacted the concierge, they were super helpful and fast. Great all-around service! Cons When booking a hotel, the first options should be the ones within your financial range. It allows team members to organise and control their own trips within a Travel Policy set by us which is really handy! Furthermore, it's simple to use when organising big group trips too! But I would like to focus on how helpful the TP team are; fast response time, great support feedback and also give great advice! Understandably, this current situation is difficult for the travel industry, but the TP team have been nothing but great! Shout out to \[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN\] our account manager! In the past, we needed to book everything separately and take care about the invoices, which is always more struggle than fun. This times are over thanks to TravelPerk and their great product. Second, the User Experience of the product is outstanding. It's intuitive and easy to use and every single sales employee can book their travel now by themselves thanks to the option to implement your own guidelines and policies. Cons Would be great to be able to book different airlines and provider in one trip. Instead, you need to create two trips right now to achieve that. But this is nothing minor, just a plus for the future. Online booking is convenient, but I know I can rely on effective and kind customer service to help me when there's been any kind of travel glitch. They have even been able to secure refunds in times when there was not one guaranteed. Cons I really don't have any complaints. There's nothing I'm unhappy with in my user experience. Pros nothing, certainly there are better tools available. Cons If you want to upgrade your flights outside the company policy it is impossible to do the payments yourself. So the airline cannot upgrade because the booking is via travelperk and travelperk cannot change the paying method so it is impossible to pay for your own upgrade. Review Source SC Stefani C. Pros Friendly User Interface, can book all aspects of your trip from same "dashboard" Cons Not sure, but when there is a cancellation by the airline due e.g. due to "weather".
