We had a dedicated department just for booking and travelling but it was truly a pain to engage and very complex in general. My current employer uses Travelperk and it's beautiful. It gives you a very similar experience to skyscanner/google flights but with extra options like booking your trains and hotels. I had no issues in bookings, receiving communication via email or even asking for further help when needed. Very good software product. Pros The software is user-friendly and it gives all the information needed. Also, the customer service for this product is the best. Cons I can not find anything wrong with the software. October 24, 2017 5.0 Pros Maybe you can add an edit on the same booking, for example, if I reserved a flight, then I can go back to the same booking and add a hotel or another flight under the same confirmation reference. Being able to filter for "earliest departure" and combining it with "latest departure" for the return flight made a ton of sense and helped me a lot. Pros Booking a flight and a hotel was super easy, just like using some of the common travel aggregator websites. Cons Navigating between some of the functions/layers could be somewhat simplified. Within minutes the business flight and accommodation is booked, everything w/o any hassle. I had to change my flight several times and the customer support is quick, helps out and is there for one when you need them! The feature I liked the most was the information provided for the hotels about colleagues and friends that had already visited it Cons The speed to provide the information about travelling (in my case, Central Europe's railways). Pros It's so easy to book a trip that matches my preferences and our company policy. You just put in the destinations and date range, and you get the biggest range of flight possibilities ever... The filters make it easy to narrow down based on price, time of flight, etc. From there on you can easily add an hotel to the trip in an interface that looks like all the major consumer travel sites. For our company it's really made our life easier. Whenever I have a problem, and I don't mean with the app, but things like getting stuck at an airport for example, the team at TravelPerk is always available to help me out, which is awesome! I've never had such an experience with any other travel company or airline before. Cons That I can't use it for my private trips :D Functionality is being added an improved week over week so it's always getting better.
