Pros: -The interface is easy-to-use
-Templates are very nice and convenient
-The pricing table feature is awesome

Overall: Although they offer a certificate after both parties signed the document, Adobe PDF doesn't recognize the signatures for some reasons. DocuSign, for example, will be recognized by Adobe and the pdf will pop up a line saying: Signed and all signatures are valid.

It doesn't mean that PandaDoc is not legal-binding, but we just want to make sure the documents will look great for our Fortune 500 clients.

Pros: Pandadoc is Great for client signatures on contacts, proposals and any other legally binding document.

Cons: The API is only available at the highest level of pricing and needs more endpoint. Support is slow.

Pros: Auto-populating docs/templates/contracts with information from Hubspot CRM is a massive timesaver. Especially if you're dealing with a large number of clients on a daily basis

Cons: Haven't really run into any major issues up to this point...... I do wish you the blocks were a a little more customizable. Seem fairly limited

Overall: Efficiencies within the Hubspot CRM platform it's competitors aren't capable of

Pros: We just started using PandaDoc for proposals. It is seriously a game changer. We were just sending out word docs before, which was terrible. They looked awful and it was a pain to approve and make changes. PandaDoc simplifies the process from beginning to end. The customer support has been awesome (Thanks!). The price for what you get is killer. You just need to get PandaDoc.

Overall: Simplicity, efficiency, great looking proposals.

Pros: Accessible through browser and app, easy to use and very straight forward. The tracking is very accurate and timely which allows you to be notified when a client has checked the proposal, if the client has completed and signed the proposal. The reminder and follow up options is also a great feature.

Cons: Lack of template or presets. The massive cost in having this access which you are actually not using daily.

Overall: Ease of use and accessibility in sending contracts

Pros: Easy to code and great complimenting integrations that can really help with automating workflow. Invoicing and getting signatures has never been easier.

Cons: high cost for extra users and too many notification emails. This may be something I can turn off, but in the meantime it is annoying to get a total of 4 emails for someone receiving, viewing, paying, and completing a document.

Overall: Workflow automation and storage. Great integrations so I can keep my time focused on doing taxes.

Pros: We love the software because it is easy for our users but even more easy for the customer. There is no hesitation on how to use the program, previous products used the customers were hesitant.

Cons: There is really nothing we don't like about the software, but we would love to be able to create a document from the mobile app.

Pros: Relatively inexpensive and gets you invoicing and estimating with general ease. Quickbooks is great but not terribly affordable if you're not using it for tons of work. Pandadocs is great for infrequent but necessary work

Cons: Not terribly modifiable. I'd like there to be a section for descriptors only that doesn't automatically add units of measure and amounts.

Pros: Easy to use interface, great for tech beginners or more advanced users
Great personalizing options (photos, backgrounds)

Cons: I wished there was the ability to make more advanced tables and add more complex formulas to the tables provided.

Overall: My favorite benefit is being able to track in real time who is looking at and interacting with our proposal or contracts.

Pros: I like that the software integrates with my CRM system (Insightly). Using the integration, a majority of my contracts and proposals "auto fill" which saves me a lot of time and prevents errors.

Cons: As a small business owner, I think one of my biggest dislikes is the overall cost of the product. It's actually more expensive than the CRM system that I use to keep track of my clients. While PandaDoc is definitely one of my favorite proposal and contract software solutions, the high price is one thing that keeps me shopping around for a better deal somewhere else.

Overall: Made it easier for me to send high-quality proposals and contracts to my clients.

Pros: One of my favorite parts of this software is the email reminders. You can set up the proposal to send out a reminder to the recipient every so often to remind them to look at it. I also like in the price table, items can be optional and the client can pick and choose what they want. The fallible tokens are nice too. We don't forget to change the client name from document to document anymore.

Cons: We would like to be able to separate reoccurring costs from the one time costs in the total. That would make it easier for the clients to see what they owe now and what costs will be ongoing.

Pros: We use PandaDocs to send out the majority of our HR documents and I have been so impressed with how simple it makes the process. It allows us to keep all of our documents in one place and streamlines the signing and returning process. The fact that it takes the scanning element out of the process is incredibly helpful and time-saving.

I have to also mention that the customer service we have received has been absolutely incredible.

Cons: Some of the features seem very limited, specifically the pricing table. I know it would greatly help our company if the pricing table could function more like an excel spreadsheet. The pricing table seems to be very limited in its functionality.

Overall: Streamlined business process and increased collaboration.

Pros: It integrates incredibly well with our Hubspot CRM and the capabilities continue to the rest of our tech stack through the easy Zapier integrations. Beautiful interface!

Cons: I would like to see the ability for the Zapier integration to receive inputs rather than just trigger Zaps. I understand it only in Beta now. This would open it up to far more data inputs.

Overall: Saves lots of time creating quotes and invoices.

Pros: Love the Hubspot integration, and the flexibility over look and feel. The signature functionality is a really great upgrade.

Cons: Just some details - I've had a number of clients be weirded out by the default "JD" sample in initials, literally asking "Who is JD and why do they need to sign this?" Mostly minor stuff.

Overall: Faster turnaround time for proposals.

Pros: The ease of quickly creating proposal templates! I use this with ProsperWorks and the ease of creating proposals from project opportunities has been a huge time saver!

Cons: I think that the design & template set up could be more intuitive. I also have had problems with the PandaDoc google extension conflicting with the Prosperworks extension. I have sent in a tech ticket on this with NO resolution

So simple! Anything that can raise productivity so efficiently is a win in my book!

Pros: so. many. options. Have yet to want/need to display something to a client a certain way, and not be able to present it the way I imagined thanks to PandaDoc.

Cons: I could've done without the insistent emails in the beginning asking if I had questions. But let's be honest - if my only complaint is too many emails from a customer service team, I'd say that's not actually an issue at all. iLovePandaDoc!

Overall: Quick, simple access to get contracts to clients digitally for eSign. While lots of products offer this service, none that I've come across do it as cost-effectively. Another major plus with PandaDoc is that it's intuitive. I was able to seamlessly slip PandaDoc into my daily workflow with no lag time needed to learn a new process.

Pandadoc is a great which helps one to save time on repeat tasks. Keep up the good work!

Pros: The Catalogue is a great feature. It allows one to add new products and revise costings upwards or downwards easily.

Pros: It key asset is definitely its simplicity. Its a great user experience and is so easy for new users to adopt. Its worth taking time at the start to get your templates correct but once that's done its so easy to produce professional quotes or proposals. Your Sales team will literally save hours. Unlike some software, if you do make a mistake its very simple to "undo" and fix a problem. Its actually fun to produce quotes with Pandadocs and we have found sales guys actually enjoying producing the proposals as opposed to dreading it.

Cons: For us, Panda doesn't link to our Sage CRM which means we have to create a contact each time. A company entity within Panda would be great for a quick view of quotes to that organisation.

A bit confusing to figure out using my own images for the cover sheet, and using the tokens.

Pros: Excellent solution, easy to setup, administer and use. Flexible templates and many integrations. Easy integration with our CRM and extensible through 3rd party connectors like IFTTT and Zapier

Cons: Some limitations on standard integrations with CRM solutions but they can be overcome by leveraging 3rd party services like Zapier

Overall: Easy personalisation at scale of marketing and sales materials.

Pros: easy enough to use and presented in a visually gratifying, effective screen series albeit seems to leave you in a lonely place if you have an issue with document parts and document assembly mode. I had been contacted by someone to support but cannot seem to get a reply now. I am a new user of this system and need to see how the work is progressing on my product.

Cons: inability to see what my document looks like in a window view causes some consternation. I would like to be able to adjust my work product on the go, and I don't see a way to do this without support from your team

Pros: PandaDoc is generally an awesome tool. It makes creating proposals, contracts, and other documents very easy. The document editor allows you to use custom CSS, which is awesome, and the design tends to be very intuitive. We were able to create a template that closely matches what we were previously doing in Apple Pages.

Cons: While the editor is well designed, it can sometimes be finicky with formatting (PandaDoc support let me know they're working on rebuilding the editor to handle this issue, which is good). I'd also like easier way to share multiple blocks between documents ¿ the content library feature is great but can be tedious. Content block multi-select would be really useful.

It's also frustrating that certain bits of functionality require more expensive plans. In particular, Zapier integration and webhook integrations require the Enterprise plan. That's a huge bummer.

Overall: Gave us a centralised document workflow for proposals and contracts.

Pros: I liked how easy it was to create and/or replicate templates. Building up the content library to use within a proposal was also simple.

Cons: The ease of search has always been unfortunate. It would be nice to have one centralized search function without having to go into individual sections.

Pros: I love the library of content that I can easily drag and drop to create documents. Also, really like the token features which allow customization with each and every document created.

Cons: PandaDoc does not integrate with Infusionsoft, but does integrate with other software we use such as Dropbox and Google.

Pros: I like the pricing table feature. I like that it winds up looking okay. It took me a while to figure out how to format things, but once I did it wasn't too hard. I like that you can make templates.

Cons: I hate that you have to build it in order because adding a new element and then placing it within the doc is a royal pain in the ass. Formatting content is time-consuming and difficult. The design for the cover page is kind of pathetic. I once forgot to assign the signature box to myself and now can't sign the document, which is ridiculous. Creating signature sections is difficult and always looks terrible.

Overall: When I was starting my business, it helped me make professional looking proposals that new clients could sign.

Love using this software to save time on proposals. The online signatures are advantageous as well.

Pros: I like the ability to create templates, file the documents and the way you can fill in fields that will replace text throughout the document eliminating the need for several rounds of reviews. The availability and ease of client signatures to initiate the sale has prompted faster responses from clients.

Cons: Adding new blank sections to the proposals seems to not work as expected. When I add headers or text, it often adds them as a default to the bottom of the proposal which forces me to drag things around and lose my place within the document.

Pros: The analytic's built into it and the notifications we receive. Also, the somewhat easy configuration of each template. I would like to be able to create a document on a tablet though!! Unless thats an options now? :) The catalog section does need some work though. I would like to see other changes or options to us with regard to catalog items and how they document themselves as well as options for after a project has been completed and accepted by customer. It would be great to be able to edit the document without changing any words, items, quantities, options but rather be able to lets say re-add a column after the fact and print it to make it easier on purchasing to order the parts being approved by customer. Would be really cool too to integrate a calculator option. Like a pop-up calculator option while figuring our numbers. my two or three cents. :)

Cons: We are so used to other, stand-alone systems, that have features such as 'tab' to move to next field that it causes some frustration with our team when we are unable to do that within a pricing table or any table. the other nice thing would be to see line items show up in sequential order-- EX: If I label line item 1 as (Option A) it stays on top of the price list. then when I add a second row, section or catalog item, it defaults to being placed below the first item. Currently this does not happen. We can move them after the fact though...just kind of annoying how it auto-formats that way. Also, would like to see more fonts added in. The fonts available get the job done but still, there should be a larger library of them.
Pricing/Cost---would be awesome to be able to have a price table have a back-end with actual item pricing and SKU's that can be printed after a document has been completed. Cant do this now.
Duplication: Would be awesome to duplicate a document that you didnt know you would need again. Same line items and quantities and pricing. I know you can convert to Template but that's not really what we would like. We want it to be as easy as hitting, 'duplicate document' BUT it changes the quote.sequence number to be different than the original. Now all you have to do is change the customer information and BAM, quick turn-around for contractors looking for numbers on the same project we are bidding. Cant do this now. Otherwise, PandaDoc is awesome!

Pros: The software let you track who has seen documents, our interaction with our clients and we can save templates to quickly create documents in the future. It¿s also fully integrated with our CRM, which makes working to track our sales very easy.

Cons: Some of the formatting options are limited and a little clunky, but overall you get what you need so that¿s what¿s most important. I reached out to our rep for some help with customer service and never heard back so that was a little frustrating. We figured out we needed on our own.

The format is easy to understand how to implement.

Pros: The customization of the forms and the option to add the special message to the recipient. It is user friendly to my clients.

Cons: - Limites collaboration, it is not possible to edit the same document by more than one person at the same time. (It is possible to use the same account on different computers at the same time though)

Overall: It cut down our proposal delivery time from 4 hrs to 1-2 hrs average and sometimes even less. We consistently get the same formatting every time so it is simple to train new users and get them up to speed quickly.

Panda Doc has been the easiest way to handle document correspondence. I am very pleased with it!

Pros: I like the ease of being able to send the document to the client and then seeing their progress without them having to scan or fax it back over. It is incredibly easy to just log in, print off the documents once they have completed it, and then move forward. The hassle of paperwork can be a huge portion of why we don't move forward with cases, but since using this product, we have saved time and energy!

Cons: The amount of time it took someone to respond to a question I had while there was a glitch was a little too long. Customer service could be a bit quicker.

Overall: Paperwork, which is usually very tedious, has becoming significantly easier!

Pros: I love the management of the proposals. It's easy to have them online and be able to separate them into specific categories.

Pros: Pandadoc is a very easy to use application. My team loves that it is completely mobile. Documents can be sent, viewed and completed on any device. The platform is feature rich and surprisingly self explanatory. The eTutorials are great. They provide screenshots and video grabs of their latest features and more.

Pros: I love how easy it is to style documents templates, especially if you know a little CSS (not necessary, just a bonus). Our documents look great thanks to Pandadoc. It's also very easy to make a template for just about anything, and it saves a ton of time in creating documents.

Cons: I wish API/Zapier access was available on lower tiers. It's not a costly service to offer and the value isn't there for small companies. It should be available on the first paid tier, like most other SAAS companies.

Pros: I love PandaDoc for so many reasons. It's easy to use and affordable. It saves me a lot of time and makes the entire proposal-writing process less painful. But the electronic signature feature is the best. No more printing, signing, scanning and emailing - all barriers to getting quick signatures and closing the darn deal.

Cons: There are some annoying bugs that I know are being worked on, but I can work around them. If I had to pick one, it's the inability to set the font and font size so they carry through from one new document or template to the next.

I can't imagine my business without Panda Docs.

Pros: Easy to update the contract and for client to view. doesn't need to archive a lot of paper contract in the office.

Cons: API is only open for enterprise or higher plan, which has functions we do not need.
Hubspot integration doesn't work very well.
Pricing Table is a bit buggy sometimes and a bit limited, hope we can add text not just number in there, for example "FREE". Also there can only be one discount per pricing table, sometimes we give percentage then another amount discount, but can't seem to figure out how to do that with the pricing table.

Pros: PandaDoc is easy to use and simple to introduce new users to. Customer service is excellent. We're using PandaDoc to send 10-30 documents a week and are always finding new ways to take advantage of the e-signature capabilities. We use it for contracts, W-9s, and waivers.

Cons: Design functions and capabilities are pretty limited- we want to use PandaDoc to create really dynamic proposals, but it's impossible to do some of the things we wanted to. We have to resize images in order to make what we need fit within one page in our template (when you download a doc as a pdf it splits it into pages instead of being one continuous document), but we have to resize them in a photo editor first or use CSS, so it's not very user-friendly. With that said, it's a great product for simpler docs or contracts, which is really its main intended use anyways.

We love PandaDocs overall and use it regularly for client contracts and proposals.

Cons: Several customers have had issues with not receiving the contracts to their email, there are also a list of bugs I need to start writing them down as I go but did not realize I'd get a survey. Customer support is slow to respond when I need a contract signed quick.

Overall: Contracts signed quick, filed fast. Eliminates paper storage and paper waste.

Pros: The user interface works really nicely and things are easy to find for the most part. The support team has been extremely helpful. I transitioned from an old proposal platform to PandaDoc and they helped me through every step of the way.

Cons: I don't have a lot to complain about but I was a little sad to see that some features I was using in the old platform I used were only part of a higher priced package for larger studios and agencies, such as the password protection feature. I would say analytics secondary, there is plenty for what you need but I wish I could review my win rate and more insightful data to help plan for the future in an easier way. (I might just need to learn more!)

Pros: The main user interface and its components are great!

The dashboard is helpful for an overview of what's in the pipeline (Sent->Viewed->Completed->Draft ... although I think draft should be first). If I am anticipating someone to review and sign a document in the next 24-48 hours, I can easily see when it is moving along the process by hitting refresh occasionally (on my web browser) without actually being in the document itself.

The icons on the left navigation bar make sense after you use it for awhile (Dashboard->Documents->Templates->Catalogs->Contacts). I like how templates can quickly and easily generate documents when set up properly.

The folder system is intuitive and not too cluttered.

Cons: The document editing system is a bit clunky.

The lack of basic formatting options can be frustrating. To me, the two most sensible reasons for using a software like the one PandaDoc provides is, 1) to keep a tight reign on important legal documents, and 2) to have a way of accomplishing the former electronically.

It would be ideal if I could port from Word or Google Docs and have it retain the outline format, but even if that didn't happen quite correctly, it's not even an option to change the ordered list type without custom CSS. This is particularly important for legal documents, which almost always has nested ordered lists.

It would also be ideal if a hard tab could be added. Using a specified number of spaces in conjunction with the justify text alignment produces substantially inconsistent results.

Also, it would be nice to have the two-column text layout be available for actual text in text blocks, not just for the text on the cover. It seems strange to only have that available for the cover.

Pros: Template creation and document recipient management makes the creation of agreements much faster and simpler than our previous process (which did not include e-signed documents), document status tracking makes the admin function of managing our clients and their contracts a breeze compared to e-mailed and Word/Adobe PDF agreements.

Cons: It definitely requires some team training and our sales team struggles with understanding the best way to manipulate the features. Pros: Very well built product all around. UI is simple and easy to use. Pandadoc team but a lot of thought and testing into the document creation flow. Very smooth.

Cons: Would love to see more integrations available, espically on the payment side. Proposal templates could be improved as well...need more design options.

Through Panda Doc we could reduce our time for offers by 50-60%. Customers love it.

Pros: The integration from pipedrive to panda doc works perfectly fine for us. We integrate youtube clips for customer explanation & great product photos.

Cons: It's a pitty that we cant customize the colors & css of the emails sent to customers. Also the missing integration of german languege brings difficulties to our customers.

Overall: Time saving & professional Looking offers.

PandaDoc seriously changes everything for your company concerning invoicing!

Pros: The fact that you can easily send invoices online has made a huge impact on our business. It's relatively easy to use once you learn how it works and it will reduce the time it takes for you to get your agreements signed massively!

Cons: It has some minor things that would need some tweaking. For example, it would be nice to be able to delete more than one textfield at the same time. It's really annoying to delete them one by one. You could however set up your agreements in other ways but it shouldn't be necessary. One other thing that can be annoying sometimes is that you can no longer see what cost you put for a certain product once you've sent the document. Sometimes that can be useful if multiple people work with on your team and needs to know, or if you for some reason forgot.

Overall: It has helped us bring in more money, faster. It's pretty easy to use and we don't have to keep track of physical contracts anymore which is awesome. Everything is in one place!

Pros: I appreciate the ease of use after initial set up, the ease with which my templates and catalog can be edited, and the polished end product. It makes my proposal, sales and contracting process streamlined and cohesive.

Cons: I don't like that I can't share a link to a document when multiple people need to access the document unless I am at a level of service that is far too large for my company. It appears as though this was an add on service at one point, which I'd gladly pay for if it became available again.

The interaction with the agent was responsive, however we still not have resolved the issue.

Pros: I like the potential integration with the CRM that we use (ZOHO), however the reason that I say "potential" is because your technicians have not resolved the token issue that will allow us to easily generate the documents that we need. Instead we were provided with a "workaround."

Cons: I think that the API integration should be provided with any paid subscription (or at least the Business Edition), but instead we would have to upgrade to the enterprise edition to have capabilities that the program should already have.

Great tool for us and for our customers!

Pros: The link between Zoho and PandaDocs is invaluable, saving us time and helping us be organized! The automated flow of data between Zoho and Panda is a great time saver.

Cons: Some of the pre-formatted fields are difficult to work with. For instance, changing the line item list of items included in an estimate is hard to work with. Tabbing through always sends me somewhere else in the document.

Pros: It allows me to create world class proposals in an ultra efficient way.
It integrates beautifully with my CRM and provides real time feedback on response

Cons: I would love it to be able to provide an automatic ordering system
Would love more interactive workshops on how to better utilize the software

Overall: More professional appearance in the marketplace

Pros: Professional looking and easy to use. Whenever we have a question it is quickly answered. Affordable.

Cons: Don't like to be nickel and dimed on features that should be standard. ie reminders should be automatic, we shouldnt have to go through the trouble of manually sending out reminders. Also, it is frustrating when we ask a question only to receive "That's a great question. We will put in a feature request...."

It's made a world of difference in how we handle paperword and credentialing.

Pros: In healthcare there's a plethora of different forms to be completed in order to stay compliant when working in a clinical setting. With PandaDocs, we've been able to streamline the process for a lot of that paperword and keep more of our nurses working with fewer interruptions.

Cons: There are definitely still some kinks to be worked out in terms of the initial set up of documents. In forms where there are many, many fields to be created, the start-up time investment can be quite intense and off-putting.

Overall: Streamlined paperwork process.

Very friendly, easy to use, recommended to many of our own customers.

Pros: Documents have clean design, and it's very easy to use. Easy to view and find documents, and track changes.

Cons: Tables are a little strange on rows, no way to show discounts, free items, or monthly recurring services. Auto void is not clear is lower plans.

Overall: Track and manage agreements and signatures for proposals and more.

Pros: the ease of sending things to customers is what i love most about this software. I love that i can input something and it automatically saves

Cons: I dont really dislike anything about this software. its always been a huge help to be able to use it

Pros: It makes our proposals that we send out look so professional. We are able to either download a PDF version of the proposal for viewing before signing or we can send over to the client in the platform when ready.

Cons: It can be a little tricky figuring out how to set everything up the way you would like it in the doc

Pros: What I like best is the document builder features. The structure they gave to the product with the Templates and the content library I think is very useful because it lets you slightly change each document on specific sections which is something that happens a lot. I mean, templates work as a baseline document and then you can have multiple content library items that you pull in when needed.

Cons: There are key features that I feel are missing. Nonetheless I have spoken to them several times and they've said to me that all of the features I mentioned are already on the roadmap of the product, in fact they delivered one of those in the last update. Things like document signature deadline, live collaborative document editing, task/comment assignment to other team members when building a document. Those three are the key missing features.

Overall: The one thing we are solving is the way we are building and sending out comercial proposals. With Pandadoc we have everything organized and all the documents in the proper folders, so you can go back to them easily and see what's happing with the document. Also all the different templates already built in makes it very easy for the sales reps to build proposals in no-time.

Additionally the Human Resources Department is using Pandadoc for employee documentation. We've been using it as the formal company's employee documentation platform and it's been great.

Pros: Intuitive and very easy to learn. Also a little fun to drag the fields around. Makes it so much easier to get signatures, compared to using pen and paper!

Cons: If you start a document and send it out with the wrong email/name somewhere, that person/email becomes permanently associated with the document. Would be helpful if that wasn't a thing, but it's also extremely easy to start a new one.

If I was to throw away all my SAAS, and keep one, it would be PandaDoc... hands down.

Pros: What I love most about this software is how easy it is to create gorgeous proposals that convert like crazy. Also, the ability to tie in esignature with payment seamlessly is incredible (both through CC and ACH).

Cons: I wish that the wysiwyg editor included CSS and other style elements to create an even more beautiful proposal (think parallax).

Overall: It has given me the professional face on my proposals that I have wanted/needed and found missing on every other proposal software tried - it also allows me to create and mix and match modules quickly for professional yet personal proposals. Lastly, the ability to send a personalized video is killer. I close about 90% off all proposals that I send with a video.

The end result product is great, however customer service is majorly lacking.

Pros: Makes it very efficient to send proposals with required entry fields. Once the template is created, it is fast and easy to send to various clients.

Cons: Customer service was slim to non-existent. They have a "chat" function on their website but it's not really a chat. You enter a question and it shows that the representative has been inactive for 20 minutes. I had to request someone call me to walk me through how to use the program.

Overall: Able to efficiently send a contract to many clients.

Pros: I love love love the template database there are alwaus documents readily available that can be customized to meet my exact needs.

Cons: I would like to see the ability to edit or cut paste improve today's document changes are not very forgiving no easy way to undo and re do

Pros: I like the ability to spin up a new templated contract
I like the ability to see who viewed what
I like the ability to setup custom templated fields in a template
I like the ability to remind participants.

Cons: At times it's a bit confusing if the right signatures are setup in the system.
The panel switching for the fields and nav sometimes seems to lock up a bit.

We just made the switch and it's the best thing we did!

Pros: Really professional looking program. I can customize my documents to whatever I need them to be. Very easy to manage sending and receiving signatures to and from our clients. Completely replaced the back and forth and trying to get signatures on contracts via fax. I can see when the recipient has opened the document or if they have any questions or concerns.

Cons: Sometimes it kicks out the clients when they are trying to submit the signatures. Also can be a little tough to set up new documents from scratch if you've never used the program before.

Very easy to use, yet super effective.

Pros: How easy it is to use it! It's very user-friendly and it speeds up the process of sending and signing documents. Our sales team loves it. In addition, you get to activities such as who opened the document and where they spent most of their time. It's a great piece of info to have, as it discovers what's their main problem/question.

Overall: Easier sales process, faster response, clients' delight, etc. Option to create templates is super handy. After you create one proposal you can use it over and over with ease. Clients like it as it's making it simple for them to review and sign the documents.
At this point, I have no complaints about it. It's very effective and easy to use. The learning curve is short so you can learn how to master it in just a few hours.

Pros: PandaDoc has helped us with our document organization, RFP's, client management. It links into our CRM which is amazing.

Cons: Developing templates can be tricky. When you download a PDF you cannot assign the fields which is a bit limiting.
