Overall a great service trunk provider. Almost flawless.

Pros

We've been using siptrunk as a backup provider and it has failed over beautifully. Works exactly as intended.

Cons

The only reason we use siptrunk as a failover and not as our primary service provider is pricing. Although for most exceptionally priced, I do have others that cost a little less at our bulk needs.

Pros

The advantage of SIPTrunk is the ease at which you can setup an account and be online in just minutes.

Cons

When a customer goes over their monthly allotment of minutes they don't roll over into the next higher tier plan automatically so the account has to be constantly monitored and then the plan changed manually.

Pros

Their service is very easy to use, the pricing is straight forward, service just works very well.

Cons

I haven't had any issues with them. I only needed to use tech support for the initial setup and it has worked just fine since then.

They are a US company that strives to provide a quality service and a high level of support. Their support staff went the extra mile to assist me when I was having issue setting up the VoIP Gateway. I found their recommended hardware to be an added benefit

Siptrunk has been a great service to use with our commercial kiosks. Siptrunk has been a great service to use for hardware such as 3CX or Cisco voip gear.

Pros

As as siptrunk dealer, I am pleased with the sales and support staff. I cant site a time when there was a problem with my siptrunk service.

Cons

Compared to a few other providers, there are less features, but would rather have a SIP provider that provides quality service vs. some that try to be everything to everyone.

Pros

Support has been awesome, especially pre-sales where they answered all of my questions promptly.

Cons

It's not free? Seriously though I have to put in an answer here so I put this.

Pros

the software works quite well and is easy to configure on the platforms that I have configured (asterisk and 3CX) the calls have very good sound quality. They have accounts for resellers that are very transparent for users, which is an advantage against other platforms, because each user manages their recharges and payments directly. pay commissions directly by paypal

Cons

the menu for the selection of plans is very limited, there are certain plans that you can not select when you activate the account, the support on occasion takes a long time to respond, the page and the knowledge base are outdated.

Overall experience has been good. Very little outages, good call quality, decent support.

Pros

Price is great. They also do not charge for secondary (failover) trunks. It is also nice that they do not charge for linked trunks either. This was really handy to us when a customer had two physical locations using the same trunk, but both locations needed to dial out on their own number for e911 purposes.

Cons

The occasional trunk unregistering. We have secondary trunks setup, so this isn't a major issue, just annoying. Also, the lack of a status page. It would be really handy when diagnosing issues on the local PBX.

Pros

The service is incredible. Always have a fast response and quick resolution. Makes me wish I had more issues!

Too few issues. Not enough opportunities to speak with the great support staff.

When we first started out I was worried about how the process would be, but that was quickly addressed by the first order we placed, SipTrunk is an excellent company and I strongly recommend it to all VOIP providers.

Pros

Very easy to use, we have have account managers build up quotes and submit orders. Additions to the account can be achieved in minutes, Support is great and very easy to work with.

Cons

Nothing bad to report so far, we absolutely love these guys.
