It will backup your desktop quickbook files. Cloud companies cant do this. Pros This program has so much packed into it. It cloned all my users computers and also the server in an encrypted file with a password I created. It worked perfectly; like a dream. Another cool thing it would do is send me an email if the backup failed so that I knew when to manually back it up. Cons Setting up the email part was easy; but I wish it did not take so long to configure. I had to look up the ports from my host provider. Reasons for choosing EaseUS Todo Backup Server I have used other Easeus products over the past 10 years. Nothing seems to be as easy or nearly as good as Easeus. I just love using them. Pros It offers several versions that you can buy in order to customize their product to your needs rather than buying an all inclusive and paying more than you need to for a full suite. Cons We felt it needed more features to fully support virtual machines.
