It lacks some features available in other online notebooks. Its theme is quite boring. It doesn't have an app or if it has, I don't know about it. Customer service seemed top-notch from what I heard, although I never had to personally use it. Cons The syncing between other team members was not very good. We had it constantly go offline or not update for some people so we'd very often have people writing on top of each other and it became a mess.
