Pros

Fienta gave me a chance to create a community, a platform to gather people for our events something strong and trustworthy.

Cons

A few relevant updates are only available in Estonia. It would be nice to have the latest releases in Poland too

Overall I like the produce, its ease of use, the online platform all great - just the con re payment is the issue.

Pros

The customer service is great. Its great also to see where tickets sales are driven from. Overall the product is good - but the cons below made it unviable for me to use which is unfortunate as I would love to continue to work with Fienta.

Cons

The payouts are for all live ticket links - including future events and for a lot of producers this should be resolved (Tix4All manage to do this). Ideally you should have the option to get payment only for events within your specified timeframe. Otherwise its impossible to make and stick to an event budget. ALso a dashboard on the app to see number of tix available at a glance would be nice to have - although this would not be a deal breaker for me - if the payment issue was resolved I would be back.

Great experiences with customer support, whenever there's any questions or issues - I can always count on response within few hours

Pros

Fienta is one of the most user-friendly ticketing platforms out there. It's easy to use, creating events takes 4-5 times faster than on other platforms It also has affordable, transparent pricing which is a great value for small businesses like myself and my customers.

Cons

It misses some of the features, e.g. no easy way to provide video on a page but that isn't deal breaker

enjoying using it and it helps plan and manage events fast, simple and reliable. would recomend to any type of event organizers, especially smaller ones.

Pros

Fienta offers a great service that is both affordable and easy to use. You can adjust events with ease and it works really well. creating personalized links, discounts, free tickets. it's all very intuitive. Buyers can pay with almost any way possible and also report the process being simple. The beat platform to sale tickets we used so far and also the cheepest, especially for events with lower ticket prices. Emails to customers can be customised and managed well. Also able to keep a list of subscribers with personalized policy. I do feen the security is there and had no issues in the years i used it. and i haven't experienced any bugs or down time.

Cons

maybe sometimes things are a bit tricky to find but the AI assistant works well. some things could be a bit more customizable.

Excellent! As a beginner in event management that is one thing less to worry about as everything is easy to navigate without much pre knowledge necessary.

\-lean page layout, nothing is distracting, focused working is really easy -quick payouts that keep my liquidity in a good place

Figuring out the discount code system, I still havent figured out what the difference of max ticket vs max order means

Have been using it for selling tickets to events, workshops, lectures in the Baltic countries mostly. Super satisfied how everything is structured, you just post and everything else they handle. I love the ticketing options, the scheduling of sales, I love the timely invoices and flexibility of payouts. Very convenient and easy to understand.

Pros

Simplicity and embedded functions in the platform, everything is structured. Reliable billing and invoices. Communication with notifications and in case of issues is usually fast and effective. Fees are reasonable for the delegated functions.

Cons

I wish it would be even bigger, to provide bigger market audience. I lack categories of events, since my area of work is niche all the events go under "other", so updating that list according to what is being offered on the platform would help with inclusivity and search.

The customer support is very responsive. All questions are answered promptly and any issues are resolved.

Pros

A very easy-to-use service. Even a novice organizer will find it convenient. There's also a very convenient payout system - you can request a payout for sold tickets several times a month.

Cons

At the moment, I can't complain about anything. The only thing I would like is if they had stationary checkouts in supermarkets, like one of their competitors has.

As an independent theatre producer, I handle most processes myself, and Fienta has become an essential tool for organizing my ticket sales. It is incredibly intuitive and saves me a lot of time. I especially appreciate the marketing analytics features, which allow me to track performance effectively. Aside from the current payout challenges in Georgia, it remains the most convenient and professional platform for my events.

Pros

I love the user-friendly interface and the well-organized dashboard. It allows me to make quick edits to my events on the fly. The customer support is also excellent—highly professional and very responsive.

Cons

The only downside is a recent change in their payment provider. Previously, payouts to Georgia were seamless, but the new operator currently doesn't support transfers to Georgian banks. This creates an extra hurdle for local organizers who rely on direct payouts.

Was looking for an alternative to the dominant local ticketing platforms, and Fienta stood out for its flexibility. The Fienta team has been enormous support with our transition to both fully switching to their platform and also to the events that have event sales in multiple platforms.

Pros

Unmatched flexibility compared to other event ticketing platform leaders in the Baltics - the ability to customise every detail through the CMS and effectively manage participant retention via their CRM.

Cons

The platform is still relatively small in the region, and other platforms may offer more marketing related features. However, this is more of an industry wide issue rather than a flaw specific to Fienta.

When setting up tickets whose prices rise over time, the only way to do this is to create copies of tickets, which is a bit too much manual work if you have 3+ tiers.

The data collection freedom. Making the UTM’s is essential in streamlining sales. It made our business much more efficient

Amazing! Everything is well throught through, Fienta's team is always happy to help if we need any functionalities that don't yet exist

As a ticket-buyer, I love that the ticket price already includes all the fees and how comfortable the user experience is. As an organizer, the customer support, event setup and integrations are the best on the market.

Cons

About a month before our event, the organizer view of Fienta didn't load for about 30 minutes. Thankfully didn't influence any purchasing, just event editing. Also, not a con per se, but we always feel bad having to ask \[sensitive content hidden\] for integration help \[sensitive content hidden\] so perhaps it would be possible to automate these somehow.

Fienta is so far ahead and so much better than any other ticketing service we have used that it sometimes makes us laugh in disbelieve. They are quicker, more fan friendly, more organiser friendly, more respnsive and just overall easier to use. Whenever I show this to other people in the music business they can't believe it at first themseles. Highly recommended.

Well, i still have some questions: the email system is sometimes broken, a contact between customer and seller is not at its best and still there are some bugs to be fixed. But i will continue using it, because of the commission and recognition among customers

Pros

It is easy and logical to use. I find Fienta has very low fees, which suits a small and growing business like mine and the customer service team is stellar.

Cons

I do not like how if I copy an event - all the dates from previous events are also copied. I would like to e able to copy the content of the event as a new event - not linked to previous ones.

Pros

Very convenient interface for the event manager. Has all the necessary features, lots of customization and integration options. All that with a competetive price range. Easy to duplicate recurring events, decent multi-language support.

Cons

No specific inconveniences to highlight. Well, there is always room for improvement.

### "Using Fienta as an event organizer"

Fienta is user friendly. As my event tickets were starting to sell faster, I kept opening Fienta to keep track of it, which was fun.

Pros

It was easy to use. I could easily keep track of how my tickets were selling. I liked how the data was sorted.

Cons

What I liked least was that the money got from sold tickets would be transferred at the beginning of the month. So even though my event has already ended I have to wait for the beginning of the next month to receive the ticket money. Consequently I cannot pay the event costs straight away.

### "Makes it easy to create an event"

They have helpful costumer service. When i had an issue with payment it was sold by a person not robot.

Pros

Effective to put my event up. Especially when it's repeated event. Template is ready to use every time again.

Cons

Their reach is not that big. To sell the event through their reach is not big enough. That needs to improve in the future
