Great experiences with customer support, whenever there's any questions or issues - I can always count on response within few hours

Pros

Fienta is one of the most user-friendly ticketing platforms out there. It's easy to use, creating events takes 4-5 times faster than on other platforms It also has affordable, transparent pricing which is a great value for small businesses like myself and my customers.

Cons

It misses some of the features, e.g. no easy way to provide video on a page but that isn't deal breaker

Pros

Easy to use and adapt to the branding of the organisation. Customers found it easy to purchase tickets and if an issue - the only Issue we had (such as customer entering email Address incorrectly) this was easily rectified and confirmation was easy to re send. Payouts were quick automated or manual if you wanted them sooner.

Cons

Option to add more branding for the email confirmation as this was just a plain template. But otherwise no Issues

Overall I like the produce, its ease of use, the online platform all great - just the con re payment is the issue.

Pros

The customer service is great. Its great also to see where tickets sales are driven from. Overall the product is good - but the cons below made it unviable for me to use which is unfortunate as I would love to continue to work with Fienta.

Cons

The payouts are for all live ticket links - including future events and for a lot of producers this should be resolved (Tix4All manage to do this). Ideally you should have the option to get payment only for events within your specified timeframe. Otherwise its impossible to make and stick to an event budget. ALso a dashboard on the app to see number of tix available at a glance would be nice to have - although this would not be a deal breaker for me - if the payment issue was resolved I would be back.

A few relevant updates are only available in Estonia. It would be nice to have the latest releases in Poland too

Excellent! As a beginner in event management that is one thing less to worry about as everything is easy to navigate without much pre knowledge necessary.

Pros

\-lean page layout, nothing is distracting, focused working is really easy -quick payouts that keep my liquidity in a good place

Cons

Figuring out the discount code system, I still havent figured out what the difference of max ticket vs max order means

Pros

Easy to use. It also offers many options, easy to solve problem with AI integration. It has everything you need.

Cons

You can't manage the event page in detail. You can upload a pictures but no text, audio or video files

What I like best about Fienta is how intuitive it feels in daily use while still offering a lot of flexibility through its settings and customization options. The AI support is genuinely useful, payouts have been fast and reliable, and the pricing is relatively moderate compared to competitors, which makes the platform very practical overall.

Cons

There is not much I dislike about Fienta. The main downside for me is that extra costs can arise when customers pay via PayPal, which makes payment-related costs a bit less predictable. Aside from that, my experience has been very positive.

Our chamber choir ENCORE has used Fienta for over 6 years and we are pleased with it! Adding events, managing the ticket sales, having easy access to sales information for later reports is great!

Pros

Simple to use and quick customer help . The availability of app to scan the tickets is great feature!

Cons

The webpage is simple and easy to use but has some potential to increase its effectiveness for user-friendlyness. But this is mostly nitpicking

very useful. we were looking for a platform that could help us selling tickets for a health conference in Lisbon. We didn´t know Fienta and had never used it before. It is very easy to manage. I recommend it, for sure.

Very user friendly, lots of automations and useful customization options. Good value for money. Fair fees.

Cons

bank transfers are slow. some clients did not conclude the payment because the bank transfer options are only available in the invoice.

I’m using Fienta for selling tickets already 4 years and feel very satisfied with Fienta’s user interface and functionality. We use Fienta for selling tickets to exhibitions, public events and children’s camps. Also for registering to free events. Commission rate for the service is competitive. Thank you.

Pros

Creating events is very simple with quite comfortable user interface. It’s all-in-one solution for event organizers. You can sell different types of tickets, collect additional information from buyers and send them feedback.

Cons

No cons for me. Sometimes i forget to click the saving button while creating a new event. It’s a bit frustrating if your work done disappears.

Easy and flexible to use. Low cost and regular payments. Useful self service features (e.g. re sending tickets) and good personal service when (rarely) needed.

Cons

It would have been useful to have more default fields on customer buying form. E.g. First name, Surname, Address Line 1, Postcode

When setting up tickets whose prices rise over time, the only way to do this is to create copies of tickets, which is a bit too much manual work if you have 3+ tiers.

The customer support is very responsive. All questions are answered promptly and any issues are resolved.

Pros

A very easy-to-use service. Even a novice organizer will find it convenient. There's also a very convenient payout system - you can request a payout for sold tickets several times a month.

Cons

At the moment, I can't complain about anything. The only thing I would like is if they had stationary checkouts in supermarkets, like one of their competitors has.

Very happy. Attentive support staff. No complaints from audience members buying tickets via Fienta so that is always good to hear.

Pros

Really REALLY happy with using Fienta for my groups events. Tracking data for ticket sales is actionable and helpful. Multilingual event descriptions. Just everything I could use from a ticket platform.

Cons

i always wish fees were lower. But compared to competitors i think it is still reasonable. And maybe more schema adjustments (geoLocation and other advanced settings).

Amazing! Everything is well throught through, Fienta's team is always happy to help if we need any functionalities that don't yet exist

Pros

As a ticket-buyer, I love that the ticket price already includes all the fees and how comfortable the user experience is. As an organizer, the customer support, event setup and integrations are the best on the market.

Cons

About a month before our event, the organizer view of Fienta didn't load for about 30 minutes. Thankfully didn't influence any purchasing, just event editing. Also, not a con per se, but we always feel bad having to ask \[sensitive content hidden\] for integration help \[sensitive content hidden\] so perhaps it would be possible to automate these somehow.

Pros

Fienta is a great system for ticket sales. It is very easy to use system and has many options that you can use. It has very helpful and easily reachable staff if you happen to have any problems or questions. It's fees are one of the lowest which makes it a great system also for small event organizers.

Cons

So far I haven't had any real issues with Fienta and have nothing bad to point out. The only time when there was a small error with a booking I reached the staff through the messenger and they solved it quickly.

Really good. I've recommended it to other events provides.

Pros

The ability to see quickly how many tickets have been sold. Also the speed of creating an event. The back end layout is clean and easy to navigate.

Cons

There are some communications with recipients that could be automated. Or perhaps I've not explored them in enough depth yet. Also, having an easy way to download customers' contact details if they have opted in for a mailing.

Fienta is an incredibly easy-to-use and reliable ticketing platform. Everything — from creating events to tracking sales — works smoothly and intuitively. The interface is clean, and the reports are very helpful.

Cons

Nothing major to complain about. Sometimes I’d love a few more customization options for event pages, but overall everything works perfectly.

I have enjoyed it very much and continue to use it after several years. I have always been responded to very quickly on queries and gotten comprehensive help.

Pros

It is easy and logical to use. I find Fienta has very low fees, which suits a small and growing business like mine and the customer service team is stellar.

Cons

I do not like how if I copy an event - all the dates from previous events are also copied. I would like to e able to copy the content of the event as a new event - not linked to previous ones.

I am not going to change fienta. I have had some Mails from other similar platforms with the invitations to join.

Pros

Everything is quite clear and easy in use. In case any problems I can always ask for help and count on your support.

Cons

Nothing comes to my mind right now. I think everything has been working quite good so far. Maybe it would be good to have 2 payouts in a month, in the middle and in the end.

Overall, as a user I enjoyed the service and also promoted for my other projects and now my current workplace. My colleagues are happy with the system.

Pros

Everything is intuitive and rather easy to use. Also financial reports have all the needed data. Moreover, we are now using all the date from Fienta to understand our customers better.

Cons

Copying events and only changing the date to make the process of getting all tickets on sales quicker. It would be easier if there was an option of creating numerous events by just adding dates to the first one.
