Pros

What I appreciated most about Fienta is its remarkable simplicity combined with a very polished, intuitive interface. The platform makes the entire event-management process clear and efficient, and the support team is exceptionally responsive, kind, and solution-oriented. It truly feels like a service designed with the organizer’s needs in mind.

Cons

There is very little to criticize. If anything, I would welcome a few more advanced analytics options, but this is more of a suggestion for future development than a drawback. The overall experience remains excellent.

Pros

easy to work with, simple UI, team responds fast to emails and via chat. overall a great tool for any event producer, also i have suggested this platform for many NGOs because it has a donation and free ticket option

Cons

i havent found an option how to publish one ticket that is for 3 persons (for example if i publish a ticket for 3 friends - it doesn't count 3 reserved seats but only one) Since my events are sensitive of how many people attend and there is a limit - this makes me anxious and i need to check if the overall seat limit isnt too much

Really happy with how it acts as a one-site setup for selling tickets and transferring money to the bank account at a competitive price.

Pros

Very responsive and helpful staff in response to queries. Setup of the account / event page is straightforward. Competitive price

Cons

More limited in the page design, easier if you have familiarity with html and can use it to insert pictures within the main page. A waiting list functionality would also be helpful

### "Fienta is amazing for selling comedy tickets"

I actively recommend Fienta to other indie organizers. My experience with Fienta has been amazing, compared to the ticket platform I used previously. On the rare occasions where I did run into an issue, I was able to reach support quickly, my issues were taken seriously and I was treated as a human instead of having to deal with an AI chatbot. I value my relationship with Fienta and it has allowed my business to grow.

Pros

Being able to offer iDeal as a payment option in the Dutch market is a huge plus when it comes to competing services. Especially in The Netherlands, where Paypal is not common and Credit Cards are still niche. This is what got me two switch to Fienta in the first place. The customer service is great! Every time I ran into an issue Fienta has been super quick to respond. The website is fast, fixing or adjusting anything is achieved very quickly. Logging in is quick and painless, unlike some competitors. The fees are fair and affordable for smaller, indie organisers. The insights in ticket and sales data have had a powerful effect on my business, equally so the option to offer opting-in to an e-mail list.

Cons

I think the refund process is currently not customer-friendly. In the ticket e-mail it is not very clear for ticket holders on how to get a refund by clicking on 'Ticket order'. It is not as intuitive as it should be. As an organizer, I receive messages on our social media from customers asking if it's possible to get a refund.

(I picked Eventbrite again but I meant to add Stager and Tix4all - Dutch ticket platforms) I chose Fienta initially because of ease of use, affordable fees and a more streamlined experience. I have been super happy so far.

Pros

Super helpful support for organizers, excellent to integrate in your own branded websites due to very exhaustive API documentation and options. Would recommend to everyone starting out. Also - very friendly to manage relations with customers, keep them up to date, provide discounts or refunds etc.

Cons

There isn't much to say. It's not the cheapest option out there, when you're comparing just the price, but this is one of the cases where I don't feel like I'm being taken advantage off, because the experience has been flawless so far. No headaches for the whole duration of using it as main service for ticketing.

I've been using this platform for several years. It's really convenient and, most importantly, fast. We host recurring events, so I really appreciate the ability to copy a previous form and simply modify it as needed

Pros

Creating a registration form is very easy – everything is clear, user-friendly, and simple to follow.

Cons

I don't like that it's not possible to assign a discount code to each ticket individually. There is no option to send a unique follow-up registration code for each individual ticket. There is no option to generate a separate email for each ticket that the participant receives after purchase. Sometimes the content needs to be different.

### "Real simple ticket selling system"

Easy, effortless and convenient. We have also gotten very nice service from Fienta's staff when needed.

Pros

Simplicity and easy use. Most importantly it offers the bank transfer payment options that we need. Fienta's service fee system also works best for us.

Cons

We need Aktia bank transfer option back. Loosing that was a real problem for our customers. Also it would be more convenient if you could edit whole series of events at the same time and not having to make the same change to every event copy.

### "Great, but still missing something"

Pros

How easy it is to set up events and to integrate it to our website without having to modify the look and brand.

Cons

We are often selling add-ons to our events, and it would save us a lot of time and effort if we could this as an option instead of having to create a whole bunch of different tickets. Having different pricing options for our events with the same add-ons means that we currently need multiple tickets per pricing option, which makes the overview messy.

I’m using Fienta for selling tickets already 4 years and feel very satisfied with Fienta’s user interface and functionality. We use Fienta for selling tickets to exhibitions, public events and children’s camps. Also for registering to free events. Commission rate for the service is competitive. Thank you.

Pros

Creating events is very simple with quite comfortable user interface. It’s all-in-one solution for event organizers. You can sell different types of tickets, collect additional information from buyers and send them feedback.

Cons

No cons for me. Sometimes i forget to click the saving button while creating a new event. It’s a bit frustrating if your work done disappears.

Was looking for an alternative to the dominant local ticketing platforms, and Fienta stood out for its flexibility. The Fienta team has been enormous support with our transition to both fully switching to their platform and also to the events that have event sales in multiple platforms.

Pros

Unmatched flexibility compared to other event ticketing platform leaders in the Baltics - the ability to customise every detail through the CMS and effectively manage participant retention via their CRM.

Cons

The platform is still relatively small in the region, and other platforms may offer more marketing related features. However, this is more of an industry wide issue rather than a flaw specific to Fienta.

Just great. So much easier to work with than other platforms. Really, love you legends!

Pros

I love how easy and intuitive Fienta is to work with. The slick design and the great support.

Cons

The only minor thing is that when I copy a event including the tickets etc. It does not copy the availability dates on tickets. Eventbrite (who I really hate) does do that. If one ticket stops sales one week before the event date it will use a similar timeframe for the copied event

Really good, easy to use, good statistics, quick and thorough replies via e-mail, if something remained unclear.

Pros

I am the one with the "Internet karma", so I am always really afraid of new databases, but Fienta was really logical and easy to use. I also liked very good statistics and that I can make a search amongst the tickets bought (for example someone didn't receive their tickets and I could find out that she had spelled her e-mail wrong and send her right tickets).

Cons

Basically nothing - the system was easy to use.

Easy to use and add your own events, nice design. Management is very convenient and if necessary you can withdraw the amount received from sales before the end of the month

Pros

Simplicity - it's easy to generate and manage my events, get contact with my clients. It also has a clear cost structure - 3,5% and nothing will be added (at least in my field)

Cons

Calendar view, both for clients and organiser, is missing. It would make a bit easier to manage the events if you have many of them. But I hear they are developing it.

For our first season everything has been great. We have learned a lot and there have already been some new features added that we were keen on having when just joined.

Pros

Easy to understand set up, clear guides and super responsive live customer support that has always responded in timely manner and solved any issues that I have had. Easy integration in wordpress website, wide choice of payment methods including mobile solutions.

Cons

As it is still not the most popular service, sometimes new customers need convincing that it is really us. Lack of analytics (visitors, sessions etc.). Sometimes, formating text is a little bit tricky and needs some adjusting and lots of checking.

Fienta is so far ahead and so much better than any other ticketing service we have used that it sometimes makes us laugh in disbelieve. They are quicker, more fan friendly, more organiser friendly, more respnsive and just overall easier to use. Whenever I show this to other people in the music business they can't believe it at first themseles. Highly recommended.

### "Fienta is good, but a lot to do more to make it better"

Well, i still have some questions: the email system is sometimes broken, a contact between customer and seller is not at its best and still there are some bugs to be fixed. But i will continue using it, because of the commission and recognition among customers

Cons

When setting up tickets whose prices rise over time, the only way to do this is to create copies of tickets, which is a bit too much manual work if you have 3+ tiers.

Comfortable, easy to use, links work. I like creating copies. I liked creating tickets. It seems easy for both parties. Learing curve is quick.

Pros

Creating tickets was easy. Creating new events was quick thanks to copying option. I have not used other platforms, but it seems to be good value for money.

Cons

Using Fienta has been a good experience. Creating event was simple and I was allowed to write long story.

All positive. For almost one year we have been available to sell tickets via Fienta for Turkish market. No complaining at all.

Pros

It is pretty practical to open and event and purchasing process is easy as well.

Cons

Social media integration of the events and promotions are a bit weak.
