Self-service adding of events, REST API for integrations, easy-to-use ticket validation app, possible to add custom fields for event registration (to gather additional info like dietary preferences)

Cons

Not much! Management of repeating events (event series) requires a lot of duplication, but then again it's very simple

Amazing, it is very clear and works super intuitive. Besides that it doesn’t bother clients with hidden fees and unnecessary costs like eventix, just one clear price

Pros

The data collection freedom. Making the UTM’s is essential in streamlining sales. It made our business much more efficient

Cons

Limited in designing emails and having a separate guestlist. Right now tickets are added to paid tickets which creates less overview

Pros

It's very easy to add events, discountcodes, send mails to clients and get paid. It does what it promises and more!

Cons

There is no real solution for monthcards.

In general the system is really good and comfortable to use for both seller and customers. The information about sales can be easily tracked.

Comfortable to use and the information about sales can be easily tracked. also refunds are easy to make.

Cons

Some info is hard to add/hard to find from the tickets afterwards (for example if the ticket purchase requires adding additional info, like buyer's name, it is not visible on the ticket)

I am not going to change fienta. I have had some Mails from other similar platforms with the invitations to join.

Pros

Everything is quite clear and easy in use. In case any problems I can always ask for help and count on your support.

Cons

Nothing comes to my mind right now. I think everything has been working quite good so far. Maybe it would be good to have 2 payouts in a month, in the middle and in the end.

Overall, as a user I enjoyed the service and also promoted for my other projects and now my current workplace. My colleagues are happy with the system.

Pros

Everything is intuitive and rather easy to use. Also financial reports have all the needed data. Moreover, we are now using all the date from Fienta to understand our customers better.

Cons

Copying events and only changing the date to make the process of getting all tickets on sales quicker. It would be easier if there was an option of creating numerous events by just adding dates to the first one.

Pros

No app available which would help for quick modifications or being able to see how many tickets sold at a glance.

### "Using Fienta as an event organizer"

Fienta is user friendly. As my event tickets were starting to sell faster, I kept opening Fienta to keep track of it, which was fun.

Pros

It was easy to use. I could easily keep track of how my tickets were selling. I liked how the data was sorted.

Cons

What I liked least was that the money got from sold tickets would be transferred at the beginning of the month. So even though my event has already ended I have to wait for the beginning of the next month to receive the ticket money. Consequently I cannot pay the event costs straight away.

They have helpful costumer service. When i had an issue with payment it was sold by a person not robot.

Pros

Effective to put my event up. Especially when it's repeated event. Template is ready to use every time again.

Cons

Their reach is not that big. To sell the event through their reach is not big enough. That needs to improve in the future

Fienta has been my first tool to use for an event and i can really say that i am happy with its' functionality as well as ease of use!

Pros

Fienta has been amazing in helping to manage an event which had more than 100 people participating! From sales, to ticketing and tracking, Fienta was a great friend along the way!

Cons

Fienta is sadly focusing on Estonian language and some reports are not that customizable. Lastly, the categories of the fienta's functions (coupons, sales, tracking) may at times seem slightly inconvenient, as some do not have all of the information, where as some has repeating information from other categories.

### "Creating events has never been easier"

Very positive, publishing events has never been easier to handle. Very intuitive design for both creating events or browsing other events.

Pros

Simple to use, the design of the app looks good on phone and is easy to navigate. Creating an event is very logical and every step is explained.

Cons

In my opinion the financial side could be more clear. I’m not completely sure what percentage of the money from selling tickets went to Fienta, i would be grateful to see it in writing on the page somewhere.

Easy to use (about), works nice, payments are made in time. Suberb customer service. Decent comissions.

Pros

Everything: Specially the customer service with any problems. I like a lot. Have used it now several years.

Cons

Missing the Mobile Pay payment. If I remember it right. Payment reports could be more specific. Othervice hard to find any specific. Still not remember any.

Pros

Intuitively simple process of creating and administering an event. Well-designed overview window of ticket sales.

Cons

The expected result is not always obtained when composing a letter - a problem with displaying links. This of course requires at least basic HTML skills.

I love how intuitive, user experience friendly and fast Fienta system is. Not much to add.

Pros

How logical and intuitive the system is. How many options for ticketing there is.

Cons

There wasn’t much that I didn’t like, just few ideas for improvements: There could be option for 2 in 1 ticket (selling for example 2 tickets for the price of 1- so that each ticket can receive their own e-mail); Being able to refund par of the ticket price for example, ticket price minus Fienta fee). Perhaps these options are already existing, but I haven’t noticed it.
