Okay overall, but would need to fix the bank payment rejection problem to get a 5\* from me.

Pros

Simplicity of the platform is good and makes it easy to use

Cons

Often, the banks reject payment through the Fienta platform, which is quite annoying.

### "Fienta has been a game changer for us"

Excellent one stop shop for ticketing. Great customer service.

Pros

The ease with which you can set up an event. The fact that you get paid out every month instead of at the end of the event. How quickly you can arrange for a refund. It's been a game changer for us.

Cons

I found the reports and downloading data not very intuitive but once I figured out where things were it was ok.

The Fienta platform does a great job, the support team is responsive, really nice, and helped out every time something was off - which was usally because of somethig funny from our end!

Pros

Setup was easy, all options were where we expected them to be, customisation was easy

Cons

Selling to an audience from different countries is possible, but we see some room for improvement.

The Fienta website does not make payments according to its own terms. To the request for an explanation they will answer exactly once that the payment has been sent and then disappear. They refuse to provide supporting documents.

### "Fienta registering app review"

I am descibing the experience with using the app to register people to an event - the overall experience was okay - but I don't have too much experience with Fienta.

Pros

Clean design, mostly easy to use and mostly intuitive (except the example I will give in the cons section)

Cons

The scann vs search a person function was logically opposite. When scanning a QR it shows a green check mark, when searching a person and letting the system know they have arrived you have to take away the green check mark - that is confusing - with both occasions a person has arrived.

Straight forward, fast payment to my account. The service takes a small fee, but overall easy to use and customer friendly (customers are able to buy easily).

Pros

Makes it easy for small businesses to sell tickets to events, manages all the card processing. Easy to set up even pages and email attendees with reminders about the event. Once an event is set up, all uture ones just duplicate and adjust the date!

Cons

The VAT questions were a little confusing for someone who is non-VAT payor.

Cons

Hard to think of anything that we really need and do not get from Fienta. Thus it leaves the 3.5% fee, which could be lower.
