We've been working with ADvendio for 3 years. The tool has been evolving during all this time, and some of our feature requests have been developed. The support is really good, they answer in a short time and the documentation is extensive. No big pains during all this time.

Pros

With ADvendio we've been able to connect to multiple AdServers using one unique flow. We also have been able to create a lot of automatisms, saving time.

Cons

Fully customizable, it's a tool definitely worth exploring, but it does require an administrator.

Overall, we are very satisfied with ADvendio, especially with the very helpful and competent support. The team always responds promptly, in a friendly manner, and with a solution-oriented approach. Individual adjustments and requests are also made possible. Although the system presents some challenges, which are likely normal for software of this scope and size, we would definitely recommend ADvendio.

Pros

We have been using ADvendio in our publishing house for over three years now. The software, specifically designed for media sales, not only simplifies the sales process but also makes monitoring and reporting easier. It is very helpful to have all data in one system. ADvendio is truly well thought out and developed for the specific requirements in the media sales sector.

Cons

For ADvendio to work really well, the inventory and all settings must be maintained with great attention to detail. This is very time-consuming and labor-intensive because the salespeople do not handle it themselves. Whenever you want a small variation in a product, something has to be adjusted in the background. The booking calendar is not very intuitive, takes a long time to load, and is hard to navigate. We pull the data on current bookings through reports rather than using the booking calendar. This should be greatly improved.

I have enjoyed all the staff I have ever encountered at ADvendio. Starting with the first designer who got us up and running to the current team I work with. Everyone has been knowledgeable and helpful.

Pros

I like the flexibility of the app. I like the Customer Success team and the Technical team as well. I have regular check-ins with the CS team and I always feel taken care of by the Help Desk and Technical support

Cons

The more I learn about the product, the more I know that there are usually solutions for things I think that do not work. If I am looking for more flexibility with a custom object, I can usually get it if I ask.

I firstly used Advendio as User and liked the the Tool. Since about 2 Years i am the First Contact Support for our Team and use also the Tool for daily Business. Its a Tool, where you can easy create Formats and also our Sales and AdOps Team like the Tool. The Tool has interesting Updates and the Support helps us fastly with Bugs and Problems.

Pros

Tool is easy to use and helps us with our daily Business. Fast Support and answers after some Minutes.

Cons

Some Features, we like now will be not available End of 2024 and we have to check the other Alternative Features.
