It is a very east way of being able to provide our customers with pictures from the first inspection to the end of the job. I also like how our crews can leave notes, tag each other in notes and more Pros I love being able to provide our customers with before and after pictures in one easy to use software. Cons I do not like the merging accounts process of Company Cam. I have deleted photos thinking I was merging them. They even worked with us to create custom checklists and fields for our needs. Pros We use Comlany Cam for our constructiin field management projects. It is awesome. Unlimited photos, checklists, lables, everything is customizable and easy to use. Cons I wish you could filter files/projects by "no label" we used labels and could filter projects with certain labels but you cant see just the ones with no label. CompanyCam is very intuitive. It doesn’t take a lot of effort or training to go from being a novice to an expert. Makes my job a lot easier. Pros I love that it is a standalone app and when I use it to take photos, the photos don’t download to my phone Cons Since it is Internet based, sometimes when I am out in an area with a low signal, it becomes difficult to use. It elevates us to clients as they love the photo reports. Pros We love how our technicians who are on roofs all day can easily use company cam in the field to relay to our back end what is going on Cons Sometimes company cam crashes and we really depend on it here so it's not good when that does happen. We have been using it for about 2+ years now and we don't plan on canceling. Pros The website and app are both easy to navigate and user friendly. Easily stores all of our pictures of jobs so we are able to share with clients or other subcontractors. Cons I wish there was a way to combine 2 properties. When a house sells and we create a new profile for the new homeowner it is not obvious we had been there before. Been very pleased with how efficient it is to come back and reference things. Pros I really enjoy how simple it is to use and that photos don’t take up memory on my phone. We have a small company so paying around $100 a month is a lot for our budget. Pros The sales people are able to take photos on Company Cam and they link into our CRM which saves time and energy. It is a great feature. And you can share it with your subcontractors so they can upload photos as well. Cons The price is a bit high and if you want to utilize some additional features you have to pay substantially more. I was wanting to use the checklist but would need a different plan that was an additional $50 per month. It’s a cloud based system so I can share it with other employees Cons Genuinely I don’t have any complaints that come to mind about CompanyCam. I think there could be improvements like anything but I feel that it is pretty smooth already. I have maxed out my picture storage multiple times and trying to organize them after the fact was terrible. Company Cam has that all taken care of. The Geo Location feature automatically knows if your on a current job and when the app is opened that's the suggested job. Pros Company Cam offers a trial use and initially I was not able to take full advantage of the trial but after contacting them they extended the trial. This is one of the most innovative documenting apps I've every used in construction. It is cloud based with one simple monthly fee that is well worth the cost. Just the organization of the pictures per job is worth the cost not to mention the countless other features. Cons After using this software for almost a year now I don't think there is anything I don't like about the App. There are some modifications that I might suggest but these are just personal preferences.
